The hotel overall is very good. The restaurant is never that crowded and no problem getting sunbeds. But you do not feel welcome. MFC is definitely not worth the extra. Half board is also not worth the extra, there are far better restaurants close by. I would not recommend this hotel in comparison with the other Alua hotels we have stayed at.
Nice hotel at the end of Can Pastilla. The hotel is a nice size and not too big to have massive queues. Food and staff were very good. Bed was very comfortable.
The ocean view on front rooms is amazing. Pool and restaurant are great. The hotel is very clean and staff is helpful....
Nice hotel on the edge of can pastilla .. very near to the airport but not a problem for us a quick transfer via taxi 17 euros ( 7 mins ) situated in a bit of a residential area which has some nice walks and a great walk to portixol and palma if your feeling energetic about an hour and 15 mins walk to the centre of Palma .. very near to can pastilla with bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk up hill .. beach a 5 minute walk also .. we stayed in a pool view room nice view and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and a free safe and a small fridge ( useful for water and milk ) kettle and cups provided but no mini bar in the room .. no bathrobe no slippers . All the room Rates include breakfast which is of a good standard .. half board was adequate buffet style no drinks included but were of average prices .. staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. Pool area is ok free towels same issue of people thinking they have a right to reserve sunbeds ? Not sure why ? but always seamed to be some free at lunchtime. You can order drinks by scanning the code on your little pool table which was handy and fast and reasonably priced. All in all a decent 4 star hotel not sure it quite hits the mark but was a pleasant stay …
Hotel was lovely,bar area is nice and relaxing.night entertainment was good . Rooms cleaned every day Breakfast choice was good. All staff were excellent. Negatives We had to leave before breakfast so missed out on having it . They don't do a pack when leaving early only a coffee,would be good even if you got a choice of a ham or cheese baguette to take with you . We had a meal one night in restaurant so thought it would be charged on card that we have to give when you first arrive,but it had not so when leaving bit of a long process to have to pay especially when taxi waiting to take you to airport. Would definitely stay again.
