Staff great,entertainment was great,cleaners all ways on the ball keeping place clean,food is a let down,ie hot dog sausages for breakfast,then lunch n evening yes there is salad and other food chips pasta,sometimes new potatoes,burnt bacon all cold,other visitors said the same some liked it but some went else to eat.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here. The staff were fantastic — very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made a big difference to our experience.
The food wasn’t quite to our taste and could have had a little more variety, but there were still some enjoyable options.
The only other downside was the evening entertainment, which finished around 10pm. It would have been nice to have a little more entertainment or activities afterwards, as there wasn’t a great deal to do in the evenings.
Despite these points, we had a good holiday and the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere definitely made our stay enjoyable.
Spent 11 nights all-inclusive 2 weeks ago and it went well. Great location near the bay. Near shops and restaurants-can recommend the curry stall next to Burger King. Arrived late and they put us on the 2nd floor even though I requested no higher than the 1st.However they moved us to a 1st floor the next day and the room was more spacious than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. Couple of English channels on the TV-nice change. Towels and shower were fine. Safe wasn’t on the floor for once. Unfortunately the heat stopped us using the balcony most of the day. Pool was small but warm the 1st week. Always got a sun bed though you had to manipulate them as they were very close together. Staff were lovely and worked their socks off. Whisky was just about drinkable and the lager was Saint Miquel and only 3 Euros for a bottle of Budweiser. The food was a bit hitty missy -the bacon was hard by 9 o’clock but discovered if you were down at 8 it was fine. Enjoyed the garlic rice and the fish. This was our second visit and we will certainly return.
Such a lovely hotel, centrally situated close to beautiful bay and local shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy, the ladies who looked after the rooms where so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I loved the walk in shower. Despite being near the airport you didn't really notice the planes and the nearby streets where quiet too. The restaurant had a great range of freshly cooked food, from the basics for the children to local produce and Spanish recipes, all served with a smile. Good family friendly entertainment in the evening, I cannot praise all the staff highly enough, from the boys and girls on reception, the waiting staff in the restaurant and bar and the housekeeping team. So friendly and helpful. We didn't use the indoor pool/spa area but it looked great. Would like to thank everyone at the Hotel for making my holiday so good. I came out to recuperate as I had injured my back and felt thoroughly looked after and refreshed and sorry to leave.
2nd time here still nice hotel close to restaurants bars and beach Few bits need updating but still lovely place to stay
