Everything was really good. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such a good buffet breakfast. There was a great choice and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I also rented a motorbike during my stay and they were really helpful with everything I needed. The hotel is in a great location, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The hotel is located close to a lovely beach and near small, cozy cafés and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Hotel is in a central location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach; staff were helpful and responsive. Breakfast selection was ok; evening meal selection and quality’s was poor and money would be better spent eating at local restaurants. On arrival I was allocated room 102. This room was not fit for purpose, it’s extremely small, has limited natural light, has a shower in the middle of the room (next to the bed!) and the tv, lights/safe did not work. There wasn’t enough floor space for a luggage rack to be used, and the view from the balcony is a brick wall. There are numerous reviews complaining about this room. The hotel overbooks and then accommodates guests in room 102 until an alternative room becomes available. When I initially complained I was told the room had been allocated as I had not booked a room with a balcony. In my opinion room 102 is a claustrophobic cupboard and should not be used as accommodation.. The hotel agreed to move me to a different room the following day. I had expected to move straight into another room the following day. However I was asked to ensure that I vacated room 102 by 11am so the room could be cleaned and another room would be allocated in the afternoon. I had to repack my belongings and store a suitcase and a bag in a corridor next to reception until I was allocated another room several hours later. All of the above was done to accommodate the needs of the hotel, not the guest and ruined the start of my holiday. There’s was no apology or recompense from the hotel so they must feel justified in using room 102. Dreadful customer service and I wouldn’t be making a return visit.
