This hotel is situated close to the natural park of Punta de N'Amer, in Cala Millor. all our requirements were met however one small change to serving hours at the pool bar would be good . Extend service to 3.30pm thank you.
I travelled to Majorca with elderly mother, aunt and 18 year old daughter so our needs were quite differing. The hotel was perfect for all of us and in fact was completely above and beyond all our expectations. Beautiful hotel in a very nice location, clean, great food, lovely staff , a great chilled week away. After dinner I like a coffee and within a day of arriving the bar staff knew all our drinks and really work hard at making everyone feel welcome. This hotel should be the blueprint for all hotels ! Perfect!
Honestly could not fault this hotel. I did hours and hours of research to find an area in Majorca that had a nice beach and lots of shops, without it being too noisy with stag and hen dos and a hotel that was modern, had a pool and a spa. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s fresh and clean, a couple of minutes from a golden sandy beach, a few mins from lots of shops and restaurants. We had the best holiday ever and a huge part of that was the hotel. We paid for a side sea view and were delighted we had a view of the sea right in front of us, it’s only called side view as the two sides of the hotel mean it wasn’t a panoramic view. The food was exceptional, plenty to offer at breakfast and dinner. The only tiny little thing I would tweak slightly is the evening entertainment, maybe things like bingo and karaoke would get couples more involved? But I get the impression the hotel doesn’t want ‘tacky’ which is fair enough! Staff all very helpful and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat.
Very nice location, beachfront and close to the beaches which are wider (in front of the hotel the beach is very narrow and rocky).
Rooms are nicely decorated and food is great. What is missing from the rooms is a coffee machine (you can get coffee from the restaurant in the morning but it’s opening only at 8).
Staff is friendly but unfortunately we had a bad experience in the main restaurant with Sofia. She took our order for drinks, we had our dinner and after that I left for a couple of minutes with my daughter outside restaurant area and she came at our table verry stressed and in a hurry asking where I left, doublechecking our room number even if at the table were still 6 person from our group!!! …and when I orderd I told her that we will pay when we will leave (like everybody was doing and like we were doing in the other days!). Her behaviour was very disrespectful!!!!
Location superb,double superior room with great views.Staff excellent. Prices just as UK .Cleanliness superb throughout.A great chillout holiday.Hipotels are now my choice for future hols.
