Very clean, well appointed hotel that offers great value for money. The staff are friendly and extremely efficient.

Really spacious rooms
Really lovely spacious aparthotel. Rooms are very big which is great for families. 10 minute walk to shopping centre ( it is all uphill back) rooms and pool area really clean. 20 minute bus into palma. Found check in a little slow especially as we had done online check in prior to arrival. Again wanted to ask a question at another point and caught behind someone checking in and took ages. Pool area great, gets sun all day and lots of loungers. Staff very friendly, would stay again.

Wonderful hotel, excellent value
My two-day stay at BQ Augusta was great! From our check-in to departure everything made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were modern, clean, spacious and well-appointed. Our meal and drinks on the pool deck were delicious. The breakfast buffet was also very good. This will be my lodgings next time I'm in Mallorca.

BQ Augusta is such a nice and easy hotel a short walk from the marina and then a walk around the bay into Palma centre. The hotel is clean and relaxed and the breakfast is superb. They have a good lunch and evening menu too which doesn’t disappoint.

Great experience
It was another family reunion, with family joining us from different parts of the world. This hotel was the perfect place for it, with very friendly and helpful staff, good service, clean rooms and restaurant area. Simply "a unique experience...." Thank you Agusta.
