The hotel is beautiful, the suite was spacious with a lovely view, and the staff were amazing. We paid for the "Selected" option, though I’m not sure it’s worth the extra cost; the hotel should offer a bit more for that price, considering the standard All-Inclusive package provides almost the same experience. I probably won't choose "Selected" next time if the price difference remains the same. Apart from that, however, I have no complaints. We will definitely come back next year, and parking right in front of the hotel was hassle-free.
Fantastic staff hotel is beautiful entertainment is fantastic . Beautiful pools there is 4 4 in total and a fantastic jacuzzi outside with indoor pool area gym inside is good sauna room didn’t go in but is there through your downstairs toilet s . Rooms are good size and bathroom iOS fabulous with two showers Ali was fantastic as entertainment x

Excellent stay. Very clean, food was decent and pool and other facilities of good standard.
I have just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel with my mum. Firstly, the hotel is spotless both internally and externally. Rooms are a decent size but don’t have a wardrobe - just a hanging space. Was fine for us but couldn’t fully unpack both cases. Staff around the hotel were friendly - including the restaurant & bar. However, Ali in the entertainment team is exceptional! Speaks 7 languages and encourages holidaymakers to get involved without being pushy. He’s a real asset to the hotel. My only negative is that despite being told on check in that there is a designated smoking area (we’re non smokers) it’s clearly ignored and guests seem to smoke and vape everywhere so being sandwiched on a sun bed between 2 families of smokers wasn’t pleasant & no one was able to answer whose responsibility it was to ask them to move. I did speak to Carla at reception but she couldn’t give me an answer. I don’t think m it helps that the area isn’t very well signposted. So that was a little off putting for us. The buffet is exactly what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel and there was something every meal that we enjoyed. Drinks were local but fine & cocktails good. Evening entertainment was average - couple of singers, karaoke & they love an acrobatic show (2 in a week!) Location is fantastic - few minutes walk to the beach and even less to local bars/testaurants and shops. All flat too which was great for my mum. I’d definitely return.
