Relaxed 3 night break
Very relaxed hotel. Food was of a good standard and bar staff were all very friendly. Good location on the outskirts of town so nice and quiet.

Just got back from a one-week stay and overall, we had a lovely time!
🍽️ Food: Amazing and so much choice.
❄️ Air con: Absolutely perfect temperature — and it was 36°C outside!
🏊♀️ Pools: Gorgeous, and we always managed to get a sunbed.
🎭 Entertainment team: Always had a big smile on their faces.
💜 Reception: We had a lovely greeting on arrival and were even offered the use of her glasses to see the eclipse, which was so kind and made it such an amazing experience.
🧹 Cleaning staff: So lovely and always said good morning 💜
🍹 Bar staff: This is probably the only negative. Some were absolutely lovely, but unfortunately some were pretty grumpy and rude, which was quite bizarre as I’ve never really experienced that on holiday before! They clearly have very long days and get tired 🫣 We did get an apology later in the day when they realised they’d been rude, which was appreciated, but it did kill the vibe slightly when you started wondering what sort of response you were going to get when you went up to the bar for a drink. Especially as we were trying our hardest to order our drinks in Spanish… perhaps THAT was the reason!! 🤣🤣 Who knows! 🇪🇸
But all in all, we had a lovely stay. 💜 Great location, close to the beach and bars, and lots of positives that definitely outweighed the negatives. Would happily come back! 😊

Wow what a visit

What a fantastic hotel for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We had a superior room which has been fantastic. Bed very comfortable all the amenities you need.
Pools are a wonderful temperature and spotlessly clean
No Sun Bed Wars here plenty of beds for all
Entertainment again brilliant. The foam party was a highlight for us. They have things on throughout the day without it being over the top. They also have something on every night from the Ethiopian Circus to Themed music nights
The food was incredible. A themed night every night made it very different each night. The Asian night was our favourite.
Drinks a plenty on offer from 10am to Close. The cocktails are fantastic and have great options for people who don’t drink alcohol
On Wednesday we returned to find a bottle of Sparkling Wine and Strawberries to help us celebrate 20 years together.
Next time we will have to visit another Garden Hotel as the kids will need to come with us 😞

Gone downhill
We came to this hotel 3 years ago and it was great so we thought we would go back this year. Unfortunately, wouldn't go back again!! Better entertainment (3 acrobat acts in one week all doing the same)! Only 2 toilets for 300 plus guests at the pool, always wet and dirty. No pool changing facility (maybe just a hut to change in?)If you ask for a certain drink at the bar with a specific brand tell the bar staff to do that brand, some don't and use the local stuff, we made them throw it out several times and make what we asked for, what a waste of money! Smokers should keep to their area, I only saw one waiter tell people to move. I appreciate the smokers should know better but this has to be sorted. I have seen on several reviews this issue but your hotel aren't doing anything about it!! On checking in we saw SI/SU if I remember his name correctly. Our booking was together and we asked for rooms close to each other. They were the no where near each other so asked to change. He wasn't happy but the lady next to him sorted it for us and we ended up next door to our friends, why couldn't this be done by him???Bad attitude at the start of our holiday, he needs to be spoken to as he's letting other good staff down!! On the plus side the pools are nice!!

Perfect stay
Beautiful hotel. Will definitely be back, all the staff were amazing so kind and friendly. The entertainment team was great, always things to do. Live music round the pool was the best. The food was great, I’m a picky eater and there was always something for me. The location was fab 5 mins to the beach and really close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were stunning and the whole hotel was very clean! The all inclusive cocktails were the best we’ve ever had! I will definitely be returning and can’t wait to try other garden hotels in other places!!
