Primasol Cala d'Or Gardens

We had a wonderful few days at this hotel and came home with fantastic memories of our holiday. It is a hotel that has clearly been designed with families in mind, and it is very easy to relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.

One of the things we liked most was the location. Cala Egos beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel and we thought it was beautiful. The water is crystal clear, very calm and perfect for families with children.

We were also very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The buffet offers plenty of variety, and every day there are different dishes prepared fresh in front of the guests, with the option to choose how you would like them cooked. All the restaurant staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and we would especially like to thank Esther for her warm, professional and consistently friendly service.

The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Both our room and the communal areas were always spotless, which is especially appreciated when travelling with young children.

Another major highlight is the entertainment team. During the day, they organise a wide range of activities for everyone, and in the evening both the mini disco and the shows are of a very high standard. There was something different every night, and it was always worth staying to watch.

The swimming pools are enormous and very well maintained. We thought the children’s area was fantastic, with several slides and water features where younger guests can have fun for hours. There is also a bar right next to the pool area, which is very convenient for having a drink without needing to go far.

Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay, and we have no doubt that we will return.

A Perfect Family Hotel with Exceptional Staff

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, and without a doubt, one of the things that impressed us most was the exceptional care and attention we received from the entire staff. From the very first moment, they made us feel truly welcome. We would especially like to highlight the restaurant team and give a very special mention to Esther, Pilar and Martina for their kindness, warmth and constant attentiveness. They played a huge part in making our stay even more special.

The hotel is perfect for families with children. Every evening at 8:00 p.m. there is a children’s show, which the kids absolutely love, followed straight afterwards by another show suitable for the whole family. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the entertainment: we saw excellent singers and dancers, magicians performing incredible tricks, and highly talented artists. Every night there was something different to enjoy.

Cala Egos beach is right next to the hotel, only about a two-minute walk away. It is a beautiful little cove with crystal-clear, calm water, making it ideal for families with young children.

The food is delicious and varied. There are always plenty of different options, and every day they also offer dishes freshly prepared in front of the guests. The chef cooks everything according to each person’s preferences and is always incredibly friendly.

The entertainment team is also fantastic. Throughout the day, they organise a range of activities for both children and adults, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere without ever being pushy.

The cleanliness is excellent. Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel facilities are always spotless. We would especially like to thank Jasmin for her wonderful work and for taking such great care of our room.

The hotel also has several children’s pools with slides and lots of other fun features. Our daughters, aged 1 and 6, absolutely loved them. There is also a bar right next to this area, which is very convenient for having a drink while the children play.

It is clear that the hotel has thought of every detail to ensure that families can enjoy a truly wonderful holiday. We felt very comfortable, extremely well looked after, and created many precious family memories.

We will definitely be back next year.
