Great stay. Would return.
Great hotel. Room was perfect. Good size for myself, my wife, and our 5 year old daughter. Very clean, and has everything you need for self catering. Shower was amazing, so powerful!! Pool view was great - and ground level ideal with a young child. Great location near to supermarkets (fresh baguettes are great!), restaurants, etc. and quiet at night. Centrally located between Esmerelda beach and Grand Can beach.

No fun in the pool allowed!
No balls / No inflatables / No fun in the pool! If you are coming with children be aware that they are not allowed to have fun in the pool!! No balls is ridiculous and the life guard has been telling everyone off for the smallest of things! Other than that hotel is clean and good value. Don’t buy from the bar, bring items in from supermarket- we haven’t been told off for that … so far!

Lovely stay
Just come back from my third stay at esmeralda Gardens Cal a dor. Absolutely love this self catering accommodation. Rooms spotless, cleaners in every day and apartments very spacious. Have stayed in Rooms at the front and rear, each having lovely spacious rooms and balconies. Pool area lovely and clean with abundance of sun beds. Lovely relaxing gardens to rear to sit at. Apartments very central to many restaurants and bars and beaches. All staff from reception and cleaners very helpful, and pleasant, nothing too much trouble. I will be stopping here again and would highly recommend for a relaxing stay. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Lovely but very expensive
The hotel was lovely clean apartment was very clean and roomy Nice calm environment. Pool bar was very nice food but needed more variety especially for breakfast. Pool area very clean never short of sunbeds The only thing that I question is as a family hotel the rule of no inflatables or ball Games allowed in the pool. In a very good location for bars shops and restaurants though the resort is very expensive. Even the supermarkets In some cases basics were like twice the amount at home. How young families manage is beyond me. Atmospheres in hotel nice relaxing and calm. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back to this resort due to inflated costs and prices.
Hidden Jewel
From entering at reception to leaving today the Reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Extremely clean in every area, either by the pool or your room! Peaceful by the pool! Always plenty of sunbeds. Ignore complaints about the karaoke bar being super loud, it is but actually added to our entertainment when sat on the balcony at night with a cold drink! Inturotel Esmerelda is a hidden jewel! Can’t wait to come back!
