The apartment complex lies directly in the tourist area and only around 150 m from the sandy beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda. Shops, bars and restaurants are to be found within 100 m and links to the transport network are also situated in the vicinity. The centre of Cala d'Or is within 800 m of the complex and the nearest nightclub is about 1 km away.
Renovated in 2005, the residence comprises a total of 126 apartments and consists of 3 partner hotels and a garden of 6,000 m². Guest can use the services of the 3 hotels. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, safe and a currency exchange service. Further amenities include an air-conditioned buffet restaurant with highchairs for infants, bar, café, small supermarket, shops, hairdressing salon, games room, TV room, conference room, public Internet terminal, free wifi area, playground and kids' club. Furthermore, there is medical assistance, a laundry service and a bicycle hire service on offer. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park.
The pleasing apartments are air conditioned and include a combined living room/bedroom, separate bedroom and en suite bathroom. All come equipped with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, tiling, central heating and air conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony. Apartments are cleaned 5 times a week.
In the sprawling outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a poolside snack bar. Further facilities include an indoor swimming pool (heated from May to October), a sauna, a gym and a massage service. Sports options include aerobics, aqua aerobics, table tennis, beach volleyball and bocce. For an additional fee, tennis, cycling/mountain biking, pool and minigolf may also be enjoyed. A seasonal entertainment programme also features amongst the leisure facilities.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Awful. Toilet heavily stained in faeces and flush broken. Shower broken. No hot water. Air con working only intermittently. Spent first 3 days of our week holiday trying to sort things out. Hopefully being moved tomorrow to A different hotel after a big struggle. Don’t come here and don’t use Jet2 - they really don’t care
Have stayed in this hotel multiple times over the last couple of years. We had a pool view room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy and we had an issue with the microwave on arrival which was fixed the next morning. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming however Ana Ro, the maid on the 2nd floor made our holiday. She was always very eager to help and would have conversations every day in Spanish to help me learn. Nothing was too much effort for her and the apartment was always spotless. No sunbed wars at this hotel, always plenty of beds up until 10/11am. Pool area and sun loungers could be doing with being cleaned more regularly.. the first time we seen this area being cleaned was our last day of 11 night stay.
Highly recommended we love this hotel . The staff go above and beyond. The rooms are very comfortable the grounds are presteine. This is our 5th stay and will continue to return. Great Value for money and a fantastic location you couldnt ask for more . Thanks for another great stay

Rooms cleaned 5 days a week and even if you say no they offer to swap your towels.
No sun bed wars witnessed. The odd group of people reserving beds and not using them till the end of the day but there were always a few available. Definitely the biggest pool in the group and don’t think I would choose to stay at the other hotels.
No ball games in the pool which I get as people ignored it and so many kids got hit in the face - the lifeguard was good at policing it. No floaties apart from little rubber rings for little kids, my kids didn’t mind this.
Ice cream prices at the pool bar reasonable compared to in the town.
Take your mozzie spray. We were bit a lot.
We found the prices of food actually cheaper in the centre of Cala Dor rather than on the outskirts.
Lovely area, lots of shops and restaurants.
Hotel lovely and rooms spacious. Air con amazing after a day at the pool and you can keep it on while you’re out.
Little supermarket out the back of the carpark is the best for pastries and cheapest for food.
Rooms clean and plenty of space No floats in the poor is a very bad decision, there's ample space 1 beer at the pool side is over €5 for half a pint in a cardboard cup, which probably explains why it's always empty.
