We stayed at MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family from 28 September to 6 October, and we honestly didn’t want to go home. This was our third time staying here over the years, and once again it was a fantastic family holiday. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked to return again next year.
The staff were excellent throughout our stay — always friendly, helpful, and very quick to react to any issues or requests. A special thank you to Barbora, Aline, and all of the reception staff for helping to make our stay so enjoyable. Their kindness and support really stood out.
The hotel was spotless and always being cleaned, which made a real difference. The food was great, the accommodation was perfect for our family, and the kids absolutely loved the splash area within the complex. Having the beach so close by was another huge bonus and made the location even better.
We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was good and added to the overall holiday experience.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel for families, and we would highly recommend it. We have made more wonderful memories here and cannot wait to come back next year.
Lovely hotel, with really lovely staff. Every team member is friendly and attentive, the hotel is lovely and clean. Very near to the beach and town which is fab.
Lovely hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We are staying in the family hotel as all inclusive. Love that drinks are branded and that there is a good choice of cocktails included in the AI options. Definitely look at the hotel options for your stay as you are not able to access the adults only restaurant or adults only area if you stay in the family hotel even if you are adults - would definitely come back and love the location of the hotel
Lorenza (Chief), Armand, Lettie, Ali, Steffi and the rest of the Animation team are without doubt the best on the island for sure, a credit to MarSenses and the reason we continue to come back always xxxx also Aline the Sub Director - WOW she is simply the best! The hotel goes from strength to strength always improving and up to date but it’s the staff that make this hotel memorable. We will always be back just for you guys
