First Time at this hotel and everything was okay , we would go back to hotel as all areas clean and tidy
We had a lovely weeks stay. Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Food was okay although cool at times and repetitive.
It was the perfect all inclusive hotel and we're definitly going again. We went with some family for a week and couldn't get a better hotel. The staff, the animation team, everyone was super firendly. We only stayed for a week and they called us like 3 times to make sure everything was going well. The hotel is very very close to the beach and near the center of Cala D'or, which was fantastic. The rooms were very good, always clean, very spacious with a big balcony, the beds (including sofa bed) were very confortable. The pools were nice and the kids pool was a dream for my child. We loved the evening parties/shows. The food in the restaurant was great, only the air conditioner was always to cold. This hotel has a reuse point for items to use at the beach and the pools like kids toys and sun hats which i thought is was amazing. Overall we really enjoyed our vacations here and are planning a comeback maybe next year.
Stayed here for 4 days before joining a cruise The staff were all very professional and attentive and satisfied all our needs during the stay.The room was cleaned every day and had a small cooking area with fridge.Bedroom was quiet and quite roomy.The food in the restaurant was varied and the staff very friendly and attentive.We would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good hotel at a reasonable price.
A lovely hotel, not too far from everything. Rooms were decent but not as shown in the brochure. Food and drink were not great. A bit more choice on the drinks especially required.
