Great location, nice hotel, pools are good fun, food is ok but we are fussy eaters, so thats probably down to us. Rooms are a decent size, but unfortunately there are ants everywhere. The ants are the only thing that would stop us returning, we did report it and was given some ant killer spray for our hotel room, but they just kept coming back fast, they were also all over the bar area and we found a few in our drinks too. Such a shame because we would definitely have returned if it wasn’t for that
Very good stay for a family of 4, entertainment excellent, close to the beach, staff very friendly and helpful ,food probably needs an update comparing with 4 stars resorts I've been in the past ,overall not bad at all.
Firstly I would like to do a big shout out to the animation team they were fantastic even in extremely hot weather my grandson loved them. There is an ant problem but maybe if the outside tables and the floors were cleaned it may not be as bad. Our glass balcony looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks I did raise it with the hotel but nothing was done. The main pool area is very slimy and slippery so keep an eye out when walking around it. Food was okay I did see a lot of the same stuff every day. There was bed wars they put a sign up to say no reserving of beds but people were at 7am and leaving 1 adult with them while the rest of family went to breakfast. It’s a shame but no I wouldn’t go back.
We’ve just come home from 7 beautiful days here, and we honestly loved every moment. Travelling with our 2-year-old and 6-year-old, everything was absolutely perfect.
The staff are amazing — from the reception and bar staff to the cleaners, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are huge, spotless and beautifully clean.
But the entertainment staff deserve a special mention — WOW! They are incredible. My children absolutely loved them, and they made our experience so much more special. We’ve stayed at many hotels, but we’ve never experienced entertainment as good as this.
Stefi, Romi, Andra and Geo are AMAZING! You have truly helped create such special memories for our children. We always looked out to see if Stefi was there because she had such a lovely way of making our children feel extra special.
The location is perfect, with lots to explore nearby, although most days we found ourselves relaxing at the splash park because the children loved it so much!
It was worth every penny, and we would happily come back.
Thank you, Mar Senses team, for giving us such a wonderful holiday and creating memories we’ll treasure forever! ❤️
First time staying here with 2 young kids aged 3 & 5. Reception staff, waiting staff, entertainment and housekeeping - brilliant. Very friendly, attentive. Great variety of food at meal times and to keep you happy during the day. There are good group of entertainers keeping children busy doing activities in the day and they also are excellent dancers! A mention to the manager who was also excellent and very helpful to all the guests. There are 3 pools all situated in different locations - There are “lifeguards” on duty - please be mindful of you have small children. My 2 went into the pool and struggled in the water. Yes was totally my own fault for misjudging the depth and they ran up to the slides in excitement on the first day. However both came into difficulty after coming down the slides where I had to dive in. My daughter was struggling for a good 6-7 seconds before I managed to reach her. My son in particular, this happened practically infront of the lifeguard who was completely oblivious to both situations and a rather attentive parent helped him above water. They are an external company according to the manager but seem to be more interested being on their phones or constantly giggling to each other via walkie talkies. A lot of the time they aren’t even there - collecting glasses or walking aimlessly about. There was a big ant problem - in the rooms mainly. We called to reception and were told we couldn’t change room due to no manager being there and needed permission. However housekeeping presented and helped to clear the ants but periodically they came back in small droves. I had a lot of small bites on my hands and feet. Other families had the same issue. The hotel layout is very spread out - you have to cross the road to get to the restaurant so it’s not all in one location. I don’t think I would come back here personally but most families and couples would find it a great place to stay. The strip is very small but has restaurants that are always busy. Overall, was a very pleasant hotel but I would explore others before I would consider coming back.
