This is our second visit to this hotel and it most certainly won't be our last! We have had another fab time, this hotel is a short walk from cala egos strip and beaches so you won't feel like you cant explore if you wanted to. Plenty of room around the three pools for those days that you dont want to go exploring. The food is normal all inclusive food, not the greatest in the world but something for everyone. I highly recommend getting a pizza from the paid for resturant, we didnt until the last day but oh my word it was amazing and the 20% discount when your all inclusive makes the world of difference.
Our room was in the main hotel this time, and noticed compared to last time the water was extremely salty, a quick Google search showed this was due to the way water is stored on the island and nothing to do with the hotel itself. Room was lively and spacious and the balcony was huge, it would have benefited from having sun loungers on the balcony in my opinion but a towel did the same job.
My only complaint is that they drained the pool on our last day to fix the lights, this meant that the noisy pool was the main one for the day so was a little busier. It was good to see the actual depth of the pool though, I knew it was deep but you dont appreciate it the same with the water in!
Are there little bits hear and there that are broken and need replaced, of course they are normal wear and tear and things I would expect. The cleaning of the hotel is on point, every morning the whole grounds were cleaned, but be warned this made walking a little tricky if you dont have grips on your flip flops! Everyone i encountered where really friendly and happy to help or have a natter. Can't wait to book again
Had a fantastic time at Club Martha’s for our family holiday last week. Service was excellent from the minute we arrived, when arriving at reception we were greeted by Georgia on reception who had a kind and friendly persona making us feel very welcome. Location of the hotel was perfect placing us right in the centre of cala egos, my family and I found this ideal as we enjoyed to eat out as well as eat in the hotels wonderful restaurant. Atmosphere in the evening within the hotel was great, all the staff were very helpful and entertaining. Our room was a lovely size for the four of us, no issues whatsoever. Hotel value was very impressive for the location of the hotel and the amount of amenities available during our stay, thanks to Georgia on reception we were aware of these amenities when we arrived. The hotel as a whole was very clean with staff cleaning the pool side consistently, this was a plus. Our room was very clean as we entered, with us having no issues throughout our stay. Noise level was fairly quiet during the day, in the evening noise level increased but got quieter as people went to bed. Not once were we woken by noise level.
Thank you again to Georgia for making us feel so welcome from arrival. Massive shoutout to her! We will be returning whether it’s just me and my husband Mark or again as a family of four.
