Beautiful hotel in a great location . Lovely spacious rooms very clean and comfortable- we had a great sea view . Pool area nice and clean with lots of sun beds . We were disappointed with the food - not a great deal of choice - very repetitive - evening meal left overs served at breakfast ( sliced potatoes/ wedges / carrots ) and not very hot . Staff could be more welcoming and friendly .For what you pay I expected a bit more .

Great experience…..This must be one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in, booked with Jet2 package holidays. Hotel room lovely, food excellent and we are a foodies!! just everything we could have wanted at breakfast and again at dinner. The selection /choice was amazing with freshly cooked foods at serverys. Staff friendly at reception on arrival and just as helpful on our departure, all staff in hotel dining room very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the bar staff who catered for us in the evening during the entertainment hours, they worked their socks off, so efficient and minimal waiting time to be served. All the bar staff great but a special mention to Alberto and Oliver who looked after us so well. The manager of the hotel also came and spoke with us and asked about our stay and experience….Well done
I spent a wonderful holiday at Hotel Plus Fariones in Lanzarote and I can honestly say it was fantastic!🌞🌴 The hotel is in a perfect location in Puerto del Carmen, very close to the beach. The rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - special thanks to the restaurant team! The food was amazing, with a great variety for breakfast and dinner. The pool area was very clean and relaxing.
I also loved the overall atmosphere . Perfect for both couples I will definitely come back! Highly recommended!😍

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very pleasant and hard working. It is a quiet hotel, entertainment seems to finish about 10.30 om. There is no music around the pool and I would say it is aimed at a certain clientele. The food is very good and is usually always warm and there is a good selection. It is expensive to drink here hence the reason we go out after dinner. It's a lovely hotel but just not for us. It is too quiet and I am in my 60s. It is centrally located for the strip which also has a good selection of lovely restaurants and pubs. If you like peace and quiet then it's the place for you and it is right next to the beach
