Lanzorite, plus Fariones suite
An amazing hotel, lovely view sea from our room . Staff were amazing couldn't do enough for us ,entertainment not great at night could do with theme nites like country music nights, spanish nite etc. Food not great choice and done too quick very hard eat times , deserts same most nites. Its near all shops and few bars which was great, would stay again its expensive to stay so could do wit better dinners.

Racist Experience at Plus Faironess - Please Avoid
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. During our visit, the receptionist directed the N-word at my Black husband, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. We reported the incident to Mr. Peña, but no meaningful action was taken to address the situation or rectify what had happened. Given the amount we paid, we expected far better treatment and a safe, respectful environment. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Chilled week away
Just returned from a gorgeous, relaxing week at Fariones Aparthotel. This was our second year. We opted for half board again and the choice is incredible, switching it up with some meals out too. The pool bar is very chill and big shout out to Milton and the team who were fabulous and again to Milton for perfecting a Cosmo cocktail. Will definitely return.
Paradise
We stayed at Fariones Plus Suite Hotel for 2 weeks from 4th July. We have been here for the last 4 years and can’t speak highly enough about every single aspect of our stay and our treatment. I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else. We were looked after so well (absolutely spoilt rotten) I received Cava and chocolates for my birthday ,so thoughtful. All staff were so respectful and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The room was beautiful, breakfast was unbelievable,the commitment and eagerness to please was so appreciated. We also spent lots of time in the pool bar, where there was entertainment every night and during the day it was so relaxing.We would like to thank everyone who made our holiday special. Special thanks to Oliver,Milton and Angelo in the pool bar , absolutely amazing people 👍❤️
Wonderful holiday experience
We had a fantastic stay here and, even though we've holidayed in Puerto del Carmen about 10 or 15 times, it was our first stay in Plus Fariones.
Where to begin? Well, I'd contacted Alfredo, one of the managers, prior to our arrival and he replied to my queries quickly and efficiently. He was also extremely helpful in person when we met face to face.
Breakfast and dinner: Our plan was to eat out 6 or 7 times in our 13 night stay as we have some favourite restaurants in town but the food was so good – and varied - that we only dined out once.
The pool area was lovely too with easy access to the beach. I am a keen snorkeler and the snorkelling in this area is very good – and you can easily swim to Playa Chica where the variety of fish is terrific.
Every single member of staff was helpful and cheerful - I remember that Thomas, Ivan, May, Carolina and Carmen were all very kind to us – but, really, it's unfair to pick anyone out as all of the staff were lovely (and, sadly, I’ve forgotten the names of other helpful staff)
Our (air conditioned) room, which was cleaned daily, was perfect with a separate area for relaxing as well as a balcony. It had a fridge too which meant we could stock up on water, beer and soft drinks from the local supermarket. Having said that, we bought various drinks and snacks at the poolside and, again, the service was impeccable.
The room was really quiet. Even when the entertainment was on we couldn't hear it if we closed our patio doors.
All in all, the facilities here were perfect. We normally go to a private apartment when visiting Carmen but we will definitely return here – we had a fabulous time.
