This superb beach apartment complex enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Playa de los Picollos. The complex is situated a mere 300 metres from the stunning sandy beach and its lively promenade. The town centre, with its array of shopping and entertainment venues is just a few minutes' walk away, and there is a bus stop just 200 metres from the complex. The complex enjoys a quintessential island style with a low-rise building and a charming architectural design. The stunning apartments feature soothing neutral and pastel colours and wooden furnishings, offering a relaxing home away from home. Guests will appreciate the complex's selection of leisure and recreational facilities which provide an enjoyable experience for all the family. Guests can dine in style in the restaurant, where delectable culinary delights are the order of the day. All Family Rooms are located at a separate building from the main hotel building and they offer ceiling fan instead of air conditioning.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include an outdoor tennis court. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Hotel is in a good location to shops and restaurants Easy to get too. Lovely friendly reception . Had a late flight in but after we booked into the hotel they had a meal and drinks ready for us to enjoy. Good entertainment each evening. Rooms are big and clean Over all hotel is clean Very quiet in the rooms with double doors so you couldn't hear people going passed. Would recommend it to everyone Value for money .
This is a true review on this hotel its 3 star not 4 but I wouldn't even give it 2 food repetitive room out dated probably 70s/80s I had ants crawling around in bed
Pool ladder came away as i getting out of pool (no im not overweight) artificial grass around Pool all ripped i fell over hurting my knee

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing.
The biggest concern was being served raw chicken at lunch. We raised it with the chef, who confirmed it was raw, yet it was not removed from the buffet. Staff initially told us we wouldn’t get sick, which we found very dismissive. The manager’s response to our complaint was also disappointing and left us feeling that our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
Other issues included our room being very far from the main hotel, a dated balcony with peeling paint, limited breakfast options, and the pool being very dirty on one day.
On the positive side, there was always plenty of room around the pool, the activity staff were absolutely brilliant and worked incredibly hard, and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, there were some positives, but unfortunately the food-safety incident and the way our complaint was handled really affected our experience.
Great location near the beach and the main shopping area. We had a fantastic stay at Relaxia Olivina. The hotel was clean and well kept throughout, and we found the staff were very friendly. The team in the main bar were especially friendly — they always made you feel welcome and added a really nice atmosphere to the evenings. The food was excellent with plenty of choice every day, and for an all‑inclusive stay it offered great value for money. I would definitely return. Our trip ended up being a bit unusual as we stayed for 8 days in a family room, then had to come back for a further 3 days due to a cancelled flight. On our return we were given a double room, which was comfortable, but it did have very few wall sockets — the only minor downside of the whole stay. Overall, Relaxia Olivina is a clean, friendly and well‑run hotel with great food and brilliant staff. Even with an unexpected extension to our holiday, we were very happy to be back.
