Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything perfect it's our second time here and we absolutely love it. ENTERTAINMENT TOP : Filippo and Celina and all the others will make your vacation unforgettable!!
We had a great experience here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The entertainment staff were all so lovely and there was always something on throughout the day and the evening. The food was nice, my only criticism is that the breakfast was the same every day. But other than that we had a lovely stay and I would go back.
This was our 2nd visit and we are currently still here until Sunday evening! But I had to come on an make a review as what we have paid and received the maths ain't adding up at all. Firstly are room very dated and infact unsafe, a bed made up in the living quarters for a 9 year old child no thank you with only a sliding door to stop anybody really forcing there way in as that is all it would take. There was cockroaches in our bathroom the first 2 nights coming in through the rather large gap by the door, we improvised by placing rolled up towels but really? Should not of had too. Our cleaner was good no arguments there. We were located in rather close to the hotel amenities which was handy in the family room area. Good availability of sun loungers when needed and pools were kept on top off and clean. Now to the bits that have ruined it for us. The staff in the buffet area RUDE no smiles or good morning/afternoon/evening. Don't work in service if your not going to be friendly. There was 2 serverd who went out there way Tomas & Beni lovely people. The food is average you wouldn't go hungry extremely repetitive and boring. We actually ate out a few times as I could not stomach the smell of rotten fish all the time .Entertainment staff often ignored by then walking past and by little boy was not asked to join the mini disco which made him rather upset as he was just coming out of his shell. There was one member of the entertainment staff that was amazing Samuel which unfortunately he left couple of days prior he was so good with my little boy and got him involved he was a credit to the team and since he has gone my little boy has been left out and bored. Bar staff of a night are friendly and quick. The paper cups are not good the drinks seeps through them. I did witness a conversation between 2 members of staff get heated outside the bar one night, I am English but I could tell it was disagreement by there body language, probably might of been best to do that away from guests was uncomfortable to witness. I have not completely hated my stay here but I would of expected better for what we paid. Room 119 we are in and unfortunately I do not think we would come back a 3rd time. We love the area and how close it is to everything but there are much nicer and better hotels in the area.
My partner, 12 year old son and I spent 10 amazing days at Relaxia at the start of August and I can honestly say from all of us, its one of our best holidays to date. Transfer- 12 mins from the airport. On arrival the lovely gents on reception welcomed us warmly, we booked a double (2+1) room and were told we had been upgraded to a Junior suite! Incredible. He then gave us maps of the hotel and the town to help us navigate. We arrived at 7.30pm so went straight for food. Again, brilliant. We were nervous as some earlier reviews said it was boring and cold. They must have eaten elsewhere as the selection was fantastic with daily staples, such as pasta and pizza but then each day had different specials, all of which were hot and delicious. There was vast amounts of choice morning, noon and night. We did have lunch out twice and dinner twice but every other meal happily in the hotel. Rooms, walkways, pool areas, seated areas, bathrooms all kept very clean and cleaned regularly. The salt water pools were amazing, and new to me. A little stingy on the eyes but so much fun. Entertainment throughout the week in the pools from aqua gym, water polo, water carpet, foam party as well as a mountain of dry entertainment throughout the day. Celina, Samuel, Hari, Kelly, Louane were incredible on the entertainment side throught the day AND night. Always happy, always fun and a joy to be around. Different entertainment in the hotel every evening and wonderful separate earlier entertainment for little ones. Drinks were fab and Marius, Juan David and all the bar staff worked their butts off and were always smiley and happy. I honestly struggle to find anything bad to say about the place. We've already decided to go back, maybe for some winter sun. Thank you Relaxia Olivina, we had a fantastic holiday π
We went with our kids and grandkids (9 of us) had a great time, food was good, never had a problem getting sunbeds , good location , we stayed in the annex, rooms were fine and the kids fed the parrots out of their hands most days π only downside was the entertainment was very biased towards the French !
