This lovely complex offers guests a wide array of facilities. Guests can enjoy a refreshing beverage at the in-house bar or have a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant which comes with a non-smoking area. For younger guests there is a children's club available. Guests may take advantage of the 2 freshwater swimming pools and a children's paddling area which are heated during winter, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and sunshades.

Ok, stayed here 6 days and on first impression it looked great all very clean and tidy , found the rooms ( few steps ! ) room was very clean and cold ( aircon ) noisy but cold . Room had all u needed but basic very comfy beds and bathroom could do with some money spent on these .FOOD REVIEW …the breakfast Buffett was what you would expect all the usual suspects it was good the juice machine was bad ( juice concentrate) tasted awful .the evening food was again ok/good but couldn’t eat there all the time as would get very repetitive.

Lanzarote Relaxia
Location good Atmosphere good Room very good Value we originally where booked in poolside apartment, we were given an apartment as far from the pool as possible. We had to pay to upgrade to a pool side apartment. Will be speaking to Jet2 when we arrive home.
Fantastic hotel
My Husband and I have just returned from a 12 night holiday at the Relaxia Lanzaplaya. We normally stay at 4 star hotels...but we tried this hotel as the reviews were good and the location and pool area ect ticked all the boxes we like for a holiday. My Husband and I loved the hotel... food bang on, location bang on, rooms bang on and pool area and bar...just lovely. We both agreed the food at this hotel for us was better than most 4 stars we have been too. The staff are all very friendly and genuine. There was Abdel in the restaurant was always very helpful and friendly. We found Diana & Jun at the pool bar always really nice too. It was nice also to meet the manager Miguel...nice guy who is obviously doing a fab job with the hotel. Next visit to puerto del carmen we would 100% come back to this hotel. Nice to feel safe aswell in your hotel. It was all very friendly and nice.
