Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Small hotel, the food is terrible not much choice and random and a very small area for food. Had to eat out Didn't refresh cups in the room, had to go to the bar area for cups each time. Didn't change the bottom sheet often. Had to pay a deposit for plastic cups. Clean enough. The only best thing was Ruben the entertainer.
The hotel was lovely,very quiet but we knew this before we went. Food and drinks were good. We were on an upgraded holiday which was great as we had access to the Balinese beds and didn't have to fight for a sunbed every day. The biggest gripe we had was the hotel had a habit of not turning on the air con. Even in 37 degree heat so it wasn't always pleasant sitting in the entertainment areas. All in all we had a good holiday. Would we go back? That's an no as Lanzarote isn't somewhere we want to visit again
Stayed for 2 weeks beginning of September all inclusive. Hotel and rooms very clean ( well done cleaning staff 😊) outside seating area was sometimes neglected but that's mainly down lazy people not taking glasses back. Sunbeds! Most days managed to get one even though as usual people ignored the rules and reserved them VERY early. Day before our departure there were no sunbeds to be had at 9am! Asked about how much it would be to use premium area for the day, €36! for 2 of us, only wanted the sunbeds not bothered about drinks etc. So went and did our packing instead. Premium area was virtually empty so that's obviously not working well even though they were extending it! Some people from the premium area got beds round the pool because they preferred it! Hubby complained about reserving of sunbeds early and that that the hotel were not following there own rules, but fair play no one was allowed in early the next day! There was a lot of confused people that morning 😂 Food was generally good, no complaints about it, always hot, had a few meals out just for variation. Drinks were ok, not big drinkers so what we had we were happy with, plenty of coffee too! Staff :- reception, one lady was always smiley and friendly ( don't know her name sorry) rest of them looked at you as if you had too heads when asking them something and only smiled when they realised you wasn't complaining? Bar & restaurant staff :- half were friendly, with smiles etc half looked miserable as sin! Big shout out to Emily (?) Blonde lady, always smiling, chatty, never stopped, was like a whirlwind. Entertainment, live music nights wasn't the best so didn't really watch, karaoke was ok, as was the quiz, but the "games" not really our thing. Aida was very friendly, not pushy to get you involved. So in general it's a good hotel in a good area, would we stay again? Yes, probably, for a cheap week in the sun.
Absolutely fantastic hotel food was fantastic drinks were flowing bar staff fantastic all staff big shout to. Special wee mention to EMILY ♥️ .wee had a ball .
Good location not as busy as Puerto del Carmen but still enough bars and restaurants nearby. Small hotel but good sized rooms that were clean. Excellent Premium area worth upgrading to. Good quality and range of food in the restaurant. Entertainment was limited though the staff organising it were very friendly. Would suggest that seating in the entertainment area could be set out to encourage more interaction between guests as it felt a bit like a school hall with the seats set out in rows.
