A lovely holiday.
A great little hotel, five minutes from the beach, local shops and restaurants in an incredibly quiet location. Lovely atmosphere in and around the hotel and pool. Friendly, hard working staff. The rooms are of a good size and are cleaned every day. Comfortable beds and great shower. Nice little touches in the room such as a reed diffuser in the bathroom and comfy and stylish chairs on the balcony. Good views of the sea from the balcony of pool facing rooms. The restaurant isn't chaotic like some all inclusive restaurants. The food was good and we could always find a place to sit even at the busier times. The tables were quickly cleared and reset. It was nice having the choice of fruit pots, a selection of cheeses or even a BBQ served around the poolside as snacks in the morning. We definitely didn't go hungry! We would recommend the spa, the massage was delightful! We will definitely return! Thank you to all the staff for making it such an enjoyable holiday. x
Amazing!
Everybody is so friendly. Food is excellent and the rooms are spotless. Location is very good for a quiet atmosphere only takes fifteen minutes for the strip of Puerto del Carmen. Always something to do, amazing activities. We will recommend this hotel and hope to book again soon.
One week holiday.
Lovely room and the food is fantastic. Clean and tidy pool area. Ida is really good, she encourages people to join in. Really helpful staff, from the bar to the manager. We will definitely come back.
A little treasure trove of a hotel
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and will certainly be back. Rooms were very clean and spacious - we had beautiful views of the sea from out balcony which was an added bonus. The food was delicious and the staff were very customer friendly orientated and could not do enough to make our stay a great and pleasurable experience. This is a little treasure trove of an hotel with hard working friendly staff

Everything you need!
Lovely hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful! Rooms are cleaned every day, good food selection, and right next to the beach! 5 minute walk from the bus stop, and so close to the airport that you can see the planes coming in over the water (actually walked around 30/40 mins to the airport one of the days to watch the planes take off and land)! Aida is wonderful, and the entertainment is always good, my parents have been to this hotel many times and recommend it each time.
