Excellent hotel, awesome staff
We have had a great week here, going home in the morning. All of the staff are lovely and have made our stay memorable. A special mention must go to Aida who arranges the entertainment/activities, she is always cheerful and not pushy with the guests, she has a brilliant sense of humour and has a permanent smile on her face. Our room is clean and spacious, the food has been delicious at every meal.

Would highly recommend
This is a great location it's about 20 min walk to puerto del carmen and 5 mins walk to the local shops and other facilities. It is very quiet but aida made the evenings fun. It had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we met some lovely people. The rooms are very comfy and it's great to have some English TV. I'd say it's very good value for money, as we went all inclusive. The new drinks area round the premium pool area was a great idea and well received. We did have to complain about the premium spa as for 9 days it was never cleaned even though we all complained numerous times. The food was very good with lots of options, and was always fresh. I'd say we would definitely be looking at stopping again.

Ideal location within easy reach to visit other locations by walking or bus. Lovely friendly hotel with good entertainment especially Aida who really works hard to entertain and bring everybody together but does not force you if you don’t want to join in. Rooms are kept lovely and clean. Food is excellent and a good choice, always something to find even for the picky eater. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Great time!
Our second visit, we came same time as last year. We really enjoyed the stay. The room had fantastic sea view. Nice location because you have the best of both worlds, you can be quiet and peaceful or short walk to Matagorda or Puerto del Carmen where is lots of life. The food is excellent, always plenty of choices. Ida the entertainment manager is great at making people feel welcome and joining the activities if you want to.
Two weeks holiday.
The hotel is really good. It's clean and the staff are very friendly, specially the manager. Food it's even nice, always something for everybody with different theme nights every day. Good variety of activities to join if you wish.
