Lanis Suite Hotel

We have stayed in many 5 star resorts including Sandals.. But none of these compare to Lanis Suites De Luxe ! The attention to detail and the service is another level ! From the moment you arrive to the day you depart you are treated like Royalty The staff just cant do enough to ensure you have the best stay ever All the staff are like a Larnis family and thats what it feels like ! Me and my wife both get up early AM and would sit on the balcony watching the team the pool staff, the gardeners, maintenance guys all working behind the scenes ensuring the pool and the hotel grounds are in pristine condition The grounds and pool area are immaculate and a credit to all the staff who work there The suites are also another level that I have never experienced before What ever room facility you required was there , and if it was not it would be there within the hour My multy usb charger went faulty , it was replaced inside 30 mins My toothbrush charger that I brought from the uk stopped working The maintenance guy just gave me a brand new one within 10 mins The restaurant food and service was excellent ! All the food on offer was to a very high standard, huge choices for breakfast, lunch or evening meal Special thanks to , Jonathan,  Miriam, Irene , Alejandro, Jorge, Gill for making it probably the best weeks holiday we have ever had ! My only two regrets were Not staying for 10 days, and not booking a Hot Tub In the words of the great Arnold Schwarzenegger " I WILL BE BACK " !!!!!!

Another fabulous stay at Lani's. We knew we had to choose Lani's for a short break immediately after our wedding, to completely relax in pure luxury! All of the staff are simply wonderful. Jonathan, Miriam & Alejandro always make us feel so welcome & nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again for a fantastic stay! Hope to see you again soon x

This was our second visit to Lani's. This is an expectional luxury hotel. Limousine transport from airport, complimentary refreshment at check-in from Alejandro, whilst luggage immediately gets picked up and taken to your room are all lovely touches that confirm you are at a top class establishment. The rooms are sensational, and personal in room requests that had been made the previous year, where already in place. The staff are exceptional and Jonathan interacts with guests on a regular basis to ensure all are happy. The service, facilities and attention to detail is off the scale. The effort the staff put in to make sure you enjoy your stay cannot be praised enough. I could not fault a thing. All the staff, as previously mentioned, are exceptional, but I would like to give a special mention to Joshua and Juan, in the restaurant, who were amazing. Lani's is what you call a holiday. Thank you.
