This bright apartment complex is situated on a hill in a central area of the tourist resort in Puerto del Carmen, one of the most important tourist areas of Lanzarote. The complex is separated from the beach only by a street. Extremely near the resort is the shopping area with boutiques, bars and restaurants. The outdoor complex includes a fresh-water pool with children's area, which both are heated in winter. The panoramic terrace, equipped with hammocks, offers magnificent ocean view. The tastefully-fitted apartments all come with a combined bedroom and well-equipped living room, and a separate bedroom. An en-suite bathrooms and a balcony or terrace come as standard. In the pool area are available a bar, where guests can enjoy superb breakfast and snacks.

wouldn’t come back
Hotel staff are nice but when we arrived we did have to wait about 2 hours for our rooms to be ready, but then when we asked for late check out we wasn’t allowed as “some one was in the room after us”, well of course we know someone will be in the room after us but don’t offer late check out if you can’t accommodate it.
The pool was filthy in the little pool, round the pool side bottles are left, an apple core was left on a sunbed the whole time we was there collecting ants and insects to it, a towel on a sunbed was never moved and left the whole time we was there. the poolside was just never cleaned. I know people shouldn’t be leaving food and bottles etc but it wasn’t cleaned at all.
Room was clean bar some hairs on the floor and we was right next to the pool but when door closed you couldn’t hear anything so nice and quiet. Slightly run down, rooms could do with a re vamp but did the job. Have to pay for aircon, which i think is slighty cheeky when it’s 37+ degrees, but it’s more of a fan then air con. It doesn’t make the room cool or anything only when you sit infront of it. I payed for the deposit for the aircon on my card, when going to receive the deposit back, i had to be given back in cash which isn’t a massive issue but we was going home and didn’t want to be taking any cash back home.
Location was great apart from being at the top of the biggest steepest hill i’ve ever seen😂2 minute walk to the strip so perfect.
When checking out we was told there was shower facilities in an apartment for us to use if we wish so. So after spending our last day on the beach, we went back to use these facilities. After asking for a towel to use (so ours wasn’t left in our case wet) we was told we had to use our own towels. Slightly inconvenient when they would be wet going back into our cases, and again offering us a shower but no towels. When entering the shower room, i was gobsmacked. It was absolutely disgusting, it was more unclean than public swimming room showers. It honestly looked like it had never ever been cleaned. I had to use my crocs in the whole room, in the shower just everywhere. Overall it was just absolutely disgusting and filthy.

Great location and general experience
Great location and only 2 minutes from the beach and main street entertainment. Easy access to amenities in the complex sunbeds and parasols always available. Apartment clean and had air con included. Regular visits from domestic staff to clean, every second day.
The bedroom had 2 beds, 3rd bed as a sofa in the living area, although sofa was not comfy when used as a bed (not pull out).
Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will stay again.

Lovely apartments and friendly staff, set on a slope off the main promenade, great location Well maintained and had a rooftop sun terrace for sunbeds as well as around the pool and snack bar with reasonable prices and good choices Great apartments the only downside was you had to pay extra for air conditioning but we didn’t bother, we just used the fan in the room Also the bed in the living room for our daughter didn’t open as a fold up bed so wasn’t a lot room for her to sleep Otherwise loved it and had a great time
Great location and spotless
Great apartment location and spotless. However, the third bed in living room is poor. A sofa with plastic foam cushion. Very uncomfortable and not really acceptable as a bed . That was our only real disappointment. WiFi in apartments is patchy. Plenty of sunbeds at pool, pool cafe is great for snacks. Air-conditioning was good, you pay a deposit for remote and deposit for TV remote. Apartment was cleaned regularly and staff responded quickly to any issues. Would definitely stay here again, just need to change the sofa bed. At the bottom of the hill and hill isn't as bad as people make out.
