This bright apartment complex is situated on a hill in a central area of the tourist resort in Puerto del Carmen, one of the most important tourist areas of Lanzarote. The complex is separated from the beach only by a street. Extremely near the resort is the shopping area with boutiques, bars and restaurants. The outdoor complex includes a fresh-water pool with children's area, which both are heated in winter. The panoramic terrace, equipped with hammocks, offers magnificent ocean view. The tastefully-fitted apartments all come with a combined bedroom and well-equipped living room, and a separate bedroom. An en-suite bathrooms and a balcony or terrace come as standard. In the pool area are available a bar, where guests can enjoy superb breakfast and snacks.
Great place and staff. Have stayed over the road at Kontiki but would choose here every time. One thing I would say is, in Rm 401, voile panels would be great behind the curtains, only because at night when you want to leave the windows and curtains open to sleep, those walking past the window to go to the upstairs apartments can look right in! Coming back to PDC in October, unfortunately couldn't get a sea view apartment here so had to go elsewhere.
Nice enough apartments but clearly needing an update..bizarre to charge deposit for tv remote control that didnt work. Badly needs air conditioning
Lets get to the main worry, cardiac Hill haha!! It is not as bad as everyone makes out, few short cuts around the apartments to get out. We had 1 bedroom apartment for us 3 and another 3 in another apartment. We booked almost a year away but sadly when we arrived we werent all put near to each other which was annoying. U have to pay for air conditioning or a fan, need one in the bedroom cos its hot! The apartments were quiet spacious and clean. The maids came every other day to empty the bins and gave clean towels but didn't feel that they swept/mopped the floors once we were there and there was no broom to do it yourself except a dust pan & brush. We had a lovely newly decorated apartment but the others didnt. our beds were pretty hard and the sofa bed was a plastic cushion but that didn't bother my youngest cos she sleeps any where. I don't!! 1st hoikday ever we never had a problem getting 5 or 6 sunbeds for us all which was amazing! Were mainly on top sun terrace which opened at 9.30am. Only a few around the small pool. Staff were very friendly and good at English. Real shame for us there was no entertainment which we love on hols. But plenty of bars & restaurants around. We are use to All inclusive but didnt cook much as not bad prices toneat out. Sound like I've been moaning but I would still recommend here and I would go to say that I felt safe so I would actually go again on my own if needed.
Location good room nice but cleaners not very thorough good value for money Pool not very clean however spent most time on beach. Area very English if you looking for home to home
Everything about the place from start to finish was excellent. We arrived late and got the warmest of welcomes. Staff everywhere were so friendly. So close to everything. Me personally not a fan of cardiac hill so I took the steps. We are going back next year for longer 10 days just wasn't long enough. Hope to get room 410 again.
