This family-friendly apartment complex is conveniently situated in the popular holiday resort of Puerto del Carmen in the south of Lanzarote. The closest beach, Playa Chica, can be reached within a short stroll, while the Biosfera shopping centre is only 800 metres away. The centre of Puerto del Carmen with its bars, restaurants and nightclubs is just a short stroll away. Lanzarote International Airport can be reached within a short drive. Completely renovated in 2013, the village-style apartment complex with its typical white-washed architecture offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. They have a friendly and inviting interior design, and features include air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and complimentary WIFI. Younger guests will love the mini-club, the playground and the children's pool, while not-so-young guests will appreciate the outdoor pool, the fitness facilities and the chill-out club bar. A perfect place for a sunny holiday.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a terrace and a garden. Additional amenities at this aparthotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, tour/ticket assistance and a vending machine.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just spent 10 days in this faultless hotel. Everything was just perfect . There was a great selection of food which was always hot and tasty. The cold starter selection was my favourite. Staff were all very pleasant and the entertainment guy was fabulous. Sunbeds were never a problem to get. Rooms cleaned everyday and the place is spotless. Yes it is up hill but a taxi only costs around 4 euro but the walk caused us no issues. Ignore all the negatives we had done our research before we went so were aware of the location etc. 5 litres of water can be purchased at reception for €1.50 so saves carrying it back.
Another fab stay. This place is feeling like a home away from home. Friendly, welcoming staff, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Staff work so hard in housekeeping and maintenance all the time. Any issues are dealt with immediately. Bus shop for the.No. 3 bus leaves you practically at the door, if you dont fancy walk from the strip. I have stayed in other locations in Lanzarote and this is the favourite one to come back to, time and time again. See you next year! Special mention to the entertainment guy. He was never too pushy and seemed to actually enjoy the fun and interaction with the guests.
Our 12th year visiting to this lovely hotel, we call our 2nd home. It is set in a great location above the Old Town Harbour( 5 minute walking time) In Puerto Del Carmen. The staff are all 5 star, in our opinion, That is from the Management,reception/ bar/restaurant , cleaning, maitainance and entertainment. (our 2nd family). 10-15 minutes in a taxi from the Airport roughly 20 euros. We go half board, the food is very very good, plenty of options, Might put on a bit of weight ! Plenty of poolside beds that are monitored during the day so not reserved with a towel, then not used for 2-4 hours!! A great toddlers pool. Entertainment, was solid during the day, Pablo kept all going, having 2 days off a week. Evening entertainment was varied, If you want to explore the harbour and dont want to walk back a taxi ride back is only 4-5 euros. If only want B&B, there are planty of choices for meals, within walking distance, We have done that a couple of times, which was nice, but get a better value for our money using the half board, then having just a couple of nights out at restaurants. We meet quite few regular returning visitors like ourselves, who have become our holiday friends. Highly recommended .
Location was good, apart from the hill known as cardiac Hill, although it gorgeous easier as the holiday went on, fab atmosphere, lovely hotel, rooms very clean, good value for money, not noisy at all, very quiet, pool and area around it very clean
Rooms very good food excellent, staff so friendly go over and above, every part hotel spotless, the entertainer during daytime is excellent he is so good ,we are coming here years now was glad to see a bit of a change up in entertainment acts at night we would not stay anywhere else on the island excellent hotel
