Everything was 5 star, breakfast choice was great, room and view was excellent, extensive grounds were topical and well maintained, we loved the pool, temperature was fine, the only suggestion that I'd make would be for the sunbeds, a booking system via the Hotel App should be looked into, like the Princess Inspire in Tenerife, because they did not appear to be policed for non use as suggested, this was the only negative because unless you grabbed one in the morning, you went without. Will visit again no qualms.

Visited here two years ago and have wanted to return ever since. Only hotel we have ever returned to and would recommend without hesitation. The gardens and surroundings are stunning with butterflies as well at this time. The styling of the hotel is top notch. Warmly greeted and booked in by Samara. Particular praise please to Pamela who served us so attentively at breakfast with our coffee and juice - we wish we could have had your attention every single morning as you were amazing! Also the lovely Gaspar who is a joy to speak to and watch as he makes his omelettes! Barbara also greeted us beautifully at breakfast. Every member of staff deserves praise. We hope to return again soon.
We were thinking of a short break when we met a friend who had just returned & recommended this hotel, we looked it up & booked just a week beforehand. We were not disappointed as the hotel is stunning, our room was fabulous, the staff were so friendly & accommodating, Hotel facilities & the location was phenomenal. Our only regret was that we just had 1 week there. We will certainly return..
We were made to feel so special during our honeymoon with you. Everything was just superb. The staff, the facilities, the hotel and the whole experience were top quality.
