Casas Heddy is located in the residential area of Los Mojones in the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. The resort is built in a typical Canarian style and is 100% adapted to people with mobility challenges and can offer fantastic facilities throughout. The relax, wellness and treatment area offers a stunning outdoor heated pool, hairdressers, dietist, fysiotherapy, treatments, indoor heated therapy pool and a gym There is a poolbalbar, restaurant and bar open for main meals and snacks. Casas Heddy offers single, double and triple rooms, all with TV, aircondition/heating and telephone.
Take advantage of recreational opportunities offered, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a fitness centre. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, a television in a common area and tour/ticket assistance.
From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and at home. The ladies on reception are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. How they remember people's names, I don't know but they do. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk to amenities and the harbour. The hill is quite steep so if you are not up to it taxis are cheap. My room is super clean and spacious with a nice outdoor space. The guests are majority older making the atmosphere incredibly chilled and very friendly. It is a family hotel but there aren't many/any children and not too much other than the pool for them. As a solo female traveller I can't recommend Casas Heddy enough.
Spent 7 days here. Clean rooms and grounds/pool area are really well kept. We went half board basis - and always found something that we liked to eat. The only draw back is the location - you need to use taxis or a hire car in my opinion. Enjoyed our stay - and Yes - would go again.
I would definitely return to this hotel. The morning stretch class was excellent. Definitely a quiet, relaxing holiday. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a good walk to the marina but a tough walk back, worth it for the peaceful setting.
Excellent hotel 5 star last minute booked this little gem very quiet solo trip staff are amazing not too busy and made great friends with others staying at the hotel food spot on breakfast full English and fruit apple orange juice etc cakes ham salads toast fried eggs etc evening meals were different every day pork chicken fish wow fresh fish was delicious was something for everyone even if your vegetarian puddings could be better little cakes but no custard and sadly no icecream which a couple of nights I wanted if you wanted to buy a drink they came around card only or you may at desk pool lovely I didnt look at the indoor pool or gym but I think its incuded safe free, towels free hire no rushing for sun beds entertainment on a Wednesday and Friday only quiz on Wednesdays singer on Fridays the hotel does finish early for the night no children around no kids club either if you wanted to go out out strip is a taxi ride you can walk down but up hill back did it a couple of times and I needed to jump im the pool. Now rooms they all single beds but air con is spot on and a lovely fridge im the room but I had to unplug it every night as I couldn't sleep with it running now some rooms theres a issue with ants but that didnt put me off so dont leave dirty cups or sweet stuff around I think they coming though cracks or wood. Apart from that an amazing week throughout I would go back for sure its what I needed as I work on a busy environment on a daily basis its more of a heath hotel you can do massages to the only thing the hotel could do with is a shuttle bus to the main area maybe one after breakfast in the morning and one early evening buses are good 161 to playa Blanca and 03 to another beach its easy to find
What a lovely place. rooms clean towels changed. Food nice . The pool was lovely and warm the staff were great very friendly just wish they had a shop they had a few items in a closed cupboard. Not near shops its quite a walk up and down hills but taxis available at 5 euros on near the strip if you like quite holidays this is great lots of solo people enjoying there holidays the hotel is like a little retreat for older people if you want a party holiday this is not for you but like I said 5 euros to the strip its quite far to walk up and down hills we would go again just for the peaceful holiday.
