Stayed here from 2nd–9th September and genuinely cannot understand how this hotel had such good reviews before we booked. Based on our experience, it was a massive disappointment and nowhere near what I expected from an all-inclusive holiday. Let’s start with the food. Average at best and ridiculously repetitive. Day after day it was basically the same buffet with maybe one or two things changed. How an all-inclusive hotel can't even manage basic crowd-pleasers like burgers or fresh pizza on the buffet is beyond me. Breakfast was probably the best meal, and even that is saying something. The funniest part is that the best food BY FAR was in the Italian restaurant, which you had to book and could only visit on certain days. Fresh pizza, fresh pasta and food that actually tasted decent. So clearly the hotel CAN produce good food — they just don't seem interested in putting that same effort into the main buffet. WHY NOT SERVE THIS QUALITY OF FOOD EVERY DAY? Then there's the staff. Some of the serving staff came across as incredibly rude, abrupt and like serving you was an inconvenience. This was my first holiday like this and I genuinely didn't expect to pay good money to go away and be made to feel unwelcome. Basic friendliness costs absolutely nothing. But the drinks were probably the biggest joke of the entire "all-inclusive" experience. You pay for all-inclusive and then get served cheap knock-off alcohol that barely resembles what you're actually asking for. Ask for Malibu and you get some cheap coconut liqueur instead. Want ACTUAL Malibu? That'll be another €4. 😂 Sorry, but what exactly have I paid all-inclusive for then? It genuinely felt more like "some things included, anything decent costs extra." If you're going to advertise an all-inclusive experience, guests shouldn't feel like they need to keep paying extra just to get a recognisable drink. And then we get to the entertainment... my lord. Boring, repetitive and completely lacking atmosphere. Entertainment finishes around 10pm even though the bar stays open until midnight. You'd think they'd put some decent music on afterwards and let people enjoy the rest of their evening — NOPE. Sometimes there's basically nothing happening at all. When music is played, the selection leaves a lot to be desired. You're on HOLIDAY. People want some atmosphere, music, entertainment and a reason to stay up and enjoy themselves — not sit around wondering why the place feels like it's shutting down at 10pm. The most frustrating thing is that this hotel clearly has the potential to be much better. The Italian restaurant proves they can serve decent fresh food. Instead, the main buffet is repetitive, the drinks package feels cheap, some of the staff make you feel like an inconvenience and the evening entertainment desperately needs bringing into the 21st century. After reading the reviews before booking, I expected a completely different experience. I don't know what's changed, but from what we experienced, this place has seriously dropped off. Would I return? Absolutely not in its current state. If you're advertising ALL-INCLUSIVE, then make guests actually feel like they've paid for an all-inclusive holiday — decent food, decent drinks, decent entertainment and staff who actually make you feel welcome shouldn't be too much to ask.

Breakfast was a nice selection. The pool was lovely and warm. Its close to the airport and beach. Unfortunately the positives stop there!!
Ants..... everywhere! Got home and had to put everything I own into a boil wash! Was really terrible... cockroaches in the room. The pool area is so dated and the sun loungers are absolutely filthy.
Staff were beyond rude... I felt like an inconvenience at all times. The woman took my fork off the table when clearing bits, I went to an empty table beside me to replace my fork (the buffet was very quite and lots of free tables), she came over and shouted at me for taking the fork and told me to go to the end of the restaurant, to the corner and pick up a new one from the stand.... I didnt know this stand existed. It was very embarrassing and I felt like a bold child!! I replaced the fork from the empty table.. Another night we were late back from exploring (well, 10.30pm), asked the barman for 4 bottles of water... he was very rude and said yes well you know you'll have to pay for them, they're not free... almost sneering at us ( we were all inclusive - which we paid for, so was not free may I add!!!)...I said yes that's fine. He nearly threw them over the counter with the card machine... and they walked away. Ive never felt more unwelcome at a hotel. The staff are truly awful!! Was really looking forward to this break away and what seemed to be a fabulous hotel, but my god I was bitterly disappointed!! Will never return.
Glad I never worried about the negative reviews! Just back from a week in this hotel. Stayed in lots of 4 star, all inclusive hotels. Had a seaview room. Clean and tidy. No issues getting sun beds. Lovely room. Cleaners in every day. Good options with various restaurants. Breakfast and lunch good, tea hit and miss (reason why gave it 4 stars instead of 5). Good choice of food and drinks. Lovely location, quiet area. Plenty to do around and lovely walks along the beach. Would go back only as bed and breakfast or half board due to the tea's and so many lovely places to eat around hotel. Noise from planes, not an issue. Seen a few cockroaches around hotel but none in room. Really enjoyed it!
Just returned from a 2 week stay. The staff were helpful and the food was good for a buffet always something you could find. We stayed in a superior room on floor 1 the first morning my partner noticed tiny bugs crawling all over my son's IPad informed reception and the room was treated that day. Over the coming days we noticed quite a few small cockroaches again the cleaner sprayed our room and did leave us some spray in hind sight we should have asked to move rooms as towards the end of our stay there seemed to be more which made me so paranoid packing up and I was glad to go home. The air-conditioning above the wardrobe leaked and soaked all my son's clothes this was fixed the same day. My father used the cash point in reception which swallowed his card which he was unable to retrieve and just advised to cancel his card the people at reception said it happens quite often so I advise if you are getting cash to use the contactless service. This is also the only hotel I have been to and never seen the pool or pool area cleaned. The flooring around to he pool is absolutely filthy my towel blew off the sunbed and ended up filthy from the floor so much so I seen people with having stinking feet from walking around the pool and then washing their feet in it. Also smashed glass was left for days before being cleaned.I am no snob but I can safely say this is one hotel I would never return to and wish I had listened to the reviews prior to booking
