Beautiful location right on beach and close to amenities. Atmosphere was good. Rooms are dreadful! Very grubby, broken sofa that was really grimy, ( we covered ours with a blanket so we could use it) and even with upgraded room too! Cleaner misses all the dirt and floors were filthy. Think they spray some air freshener, change the towels and make the beds only. Considering the bad repair of room, poor value for money and definitely not 3 stars. Entertainment was good though.
Wasn’t expecting anything special after reading some reviews but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We arrived later in the evening and the reception staff were friendly and helpful advising us to leave our cases and go for something to eat and drink before filling out the checking in forms. The vast majority of the staff were great and friendly but we did come across a couple who were downright rude for no reason at all which could of been they were having a bad day but there’s no need to take your mood out on customers. One bad interaction with staff stays with you when it’s for no reason at all. The food was ok. Breakfast being the best meal of the day and all the staff in the buffet were really friendly. The room was tired but couldn’t fault the cleanliness. The biggest problem being the lack of sockets so bring an extension lead. Location is really good straight out onto the beach and a few nice restaurants and bars close by. Never had a problem getting a lounger by the pool but the pools could do with a deep clean. Overall the hotel is ok for a budget holiday but I don’t think I would return
We arrived on September 11 for one week! When we got to our superior room we loved it except it was very dark which meant we needed to keep the light on! Not ideal on a sun holiday! We went straight to reception and asked if they could change us to a brighter room/ nicer view! The following day they gave us a much brighter room/ lovely view. We were delighted 🤩 The reception staff were so lovely to deal with! Overall we had a great holiday and will be booking again asap. Thanks. A very happy customer. Anne& Ken.
2nd time here and hoping to come back in November this hotel is amazing so friendly and go out of there way to help. Its a big hotel and its always clean. Food is always a variety also snack bar by the pool. Drinks lots on all inclusive proper coco cola and soft drinks. Loads of activities going on and the entertainment is very good people who moan dont understand that the staff work really hard. Rooms are basic but you get a kettle but beds are comfy and clean. Air con is ok not the best but yeah our stay was very good. Left us fruit and bottled water in our room 1st night . Sad to go home because its been lovely weather and lovely stay. Well done all the staff in this hotel
Perfect location 5 mins from shops and bars The room we had was a superior facing the sea we couldn’t fault it - maid service was first class Planes taking off and landing right overhead but to be honest you don’t really notice them after a while
