This apartments are located in on of the peaceful side streets and is right in the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen. A beautiful sand beach is only 600m away. The various shopping facilities and entertainment venues in the lively centre can be reaced within only a few minutes on foot. A bus stop may be found only 600 m from the hotel
This one-storey hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 67 apartments. Guests may make use of the pool and garden area, a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hire safes and an Internet corner. There is also a cosy bar, a TV room and a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area to be found within the hotel. Bicycle rental is also on offer to guests.
In the hotel grounds, there is a freshwater swimming pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. It is also possible to make use of the gym or pay a visit to the sauna. Furthermore, it is possible to play a game of billiards/snooker or table tennis (incurs an additional fee). The nearest golf course can be found approximately 14 km away.
The tasteful apartments come with an en suite bathroom, a combined living and bedroom, a separate bedroom, telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio. Additional fittings include a minibar/fridge, a kitchenette, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and bicycles to rent. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I sit writing this as we wait for our transfer to the airport after 2 weeks of an amazing holiday at the Aqua Suites. The place is amazing and that’s largely down to the staff, the guests who are attracted to this place every year and the rooms and facilities here. Maria on reception was our first interaction with the staff and begged us to get a car and explore the island which we did (and it was worth it). We then met the formidable Sam at breakfast who’s absence in our days off are felt… absolute legend. Steph on the bar was simply brilliant and personable. Every single member of staff was lovely.
The rooms were epic but we spent little time in it, preferring to enjoy the pools and bar and the other guests.
As a rule we don’t do package holidays preferring our own digs but this was epic and we’ve already booked for next year alongside other guests we met this year. I’m genuinely sad it’s time to go home. Simply brillaint!

We have just returned home from our second stay at Aqua Suites Lanzarote, and just like our first visit, it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were made feel so welcome, greeted by a very friendly receptionist and a lovely glass of cava. The hotel is spotless throughout and has such a relaxed, peaceful feel. Our room overlooked the pool and had a lovely balcony with sunbeds – perfect for relaxing. There was a bottle of water in the fridge, which was replaced every morning, as well as a bottle of wine on arrival. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily, and pool towels are also supplied. After our first stay, one of the things we were really looking forward to was breakfast – and it certainly didn’t disappoint! There is a great selection of fresh fruit, breads, pastries and much more, along with the option of a cooked breakfast. Sam was, once again, absolutely lovely. She takes the time to chat with everyone and makes you feel welcome, whether it’s your first visit or, like many guests, you are a regular. The pools are beautiful and spotlessly clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds, so thankfully there are no “sunbed wars”! The hotel is also in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from the main strip, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Overall, Aqua Suites is a fantastic hotel with genuinely friendly and welcoming staff across the board – from reception and the lifeguards to the restaurant and bar staff and the cleaners. Everyone plays their part in making your stay so enjoyable. We absolutely love Aqua Suites and cannot wait to book again for next year. Currently staying at this hotel and I am loving every minute. There is two reasons for that. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, well located and super comfortable. Rooms are well sized and you could want for nothing. Beach towels are provided for free, iron and board in the room, fresh large bottle of water provided each day. The main reason it's been such a wonderful holiday is the staff. Every member could not do enough to make your holiday perfect, but it's done in such a friendly and natural way. I'm not one for returning to a place I've been before but Ithink I've found the place I'll return to again and again

Excellent friendly staff, the only hotel I’ve ever been to abroad that does freshly cooked English breakfast to order alongside loads of continental options

4 lovely clean pools family, kids and also jacuzzi pool to choose from, no sunbed wars when we were there
Entertainment unfortunately not many participants which was a shame
Also the only hotel who lets you keep your room on for no extra fee

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The food was excellent—genuinely some of the best we have had at an aparthotel. There was plenty of choice and the quality really stood out. The housekeeping was also very good. We received water every day, fresh towels, and the room was cleaned regularly. We had a few minor issues with the room during our stay, but these were dealt with quickly, so they did not affect our holiday too much. Most of the staff were pleasant, and a special mention has to go to Sam, who was brilliant. She provided great customer service, was very down-to-earth, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The only disappointment was our experience with Sebastian. We found him quite unapproachable and not particularly customer-friendly. There was an issue around arranging taxis, where he used my son as a reason not to allow him to book one for us, despite other members of staff being happy to help with this without any problem. We also felt that his manner towards children could have been friendlier. Aside from that one issue, we had a good stay. The excellent food, cleanliness, quick response to any room issues, and the helpfulness of staff such as Sam were the highlights.
