This was our 5th stay , unfortunately this time didnt feel like I could give a 5 star , when Eric was manager he looked after loyal retuning guests , I requested a room where adult only pool was but unfortunately got a room directly in front of the kids club , I get subject to availability but at least give us a room not near the kids when we are 2 adults wanting to be near adult only , after 2 days we was moved which we appreciated, in the past we received a welcome back note and bottle of fizz , didn’t even get a welcome back note , food was ok but very repetitive, other returning guest had similar experience to us and agreed things were not as good as they used to be , still had a lovely holiday would like to say we would return next year but will be looking maybe for adult only as not confident we would not get a room in the area we like by the adult pool , such a shame as staff including cleaners very friendly , hotel lovely and clean , even though food is very repetitive we always found something nice to eat , close to shops bars and restaurants a lovely hotel
Sitting waiting to sadly leave on our last day, having spent a great two weeks. We went as a couple on the all Inc plus package and had a great time. ALL staff, whoever you come across are very pleasant and helpful. Like so many other reviews you can not fault the cleanliness, always people cleaning and the resort is spotless! Pools… we choose the quiet family pool by the back of the restaurant. Always plenty of sun loungers and a great place to relax. Whenever r went to the adult one it was always totally full and the one near the theatre was too loud for us with games etc. but certainly something for everyone. Restaurants… we ate in the Poseidon adult one mostly, never more than a couple of mins wait at most times, great selection of food, probably one of the best buffet we’ve ever been too. We ate in the Don Paco restaurant 4 times and it was brilliant, a real experience away from the buffet and the staff member who runs it was brilliant!! 🤩 Bars… the nautilus is a nice bar with live music in the evenings and we spent most nights there, only moan would be as non smokers we were sometimes “smoked” out, it would be nice if smokers had an area to go like at the pools rather than being able to smoke at every table. Did spoil a couple of evenings. The nemo bar is nice as an adults bar and never saw more than a few people on there, but needs a bigger outside area to enjoy. Drinks not as good here as in nautilus. Entertainment…. We only watched one thing in the theatre which was the Chinese show, very good. The other shows weren’t great but only in our opinion. We definitely preferred the live music. Our room was huge, very comfy beds and we choose housekeeping every second day which was perfect. Overall loved it, we don’t return to places but if we did this would be one. Well done to all and will definitely look at other sentido hotels in the future
Our 3rd time here and still loving it. The Animation Team were good but I have to give a big shout out to Christina who was amazing, the only one who approached us to take the time, more than once, to talk to us. The cleaners need a shout out too for working so hard during the immense heatwave we had. We definitely recommend this place and will be back.
The first thing I would like to mention is the staff. They were, without exception, all cheerful , friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The staff were what made this holiday a truly enjoyable experience and they are the hotel's greatest asset ! Eric the chef came to see me daily to advise me on the vegetarian choices and even made me a vegetarian lasagne on one occasion. He was always good humoured and patient. The whole hotel is constantly being cleaned whether it's the walkways, the bar areas or the buffet The public toilets are clean and remarkably fragrant. Once you get your bearings its easy to navigate the blocks of accommodation to find the pools and bars although it seems a bit big on the first day. The Chill bar was our favourite with its calm atmosphere and gentle ambience, it would be great if it stayed open on an evening. The rooms and balcony are cleaned daily and the beds are generous and very comfortable. The location is great and its a quick easy walk to the beaches. We walked both up and down the coast and used the loaal lbuses to get about. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
Excellent stay at the Sentido Aequora with family including one infant. Rooms were spacious, kept very clean and had all that you need, beds were comfortable, shower was good and the aircon was definitely a benefit. The resort itsekf was also very clean. The food and general service around the resort was very good and the staff were engaging and helpful. No issues with sunbed availability or space around the pools, all-inclusive drinks were more than good enough. The resort is well located with the beach and the strip being a 5-minute walk away. All in all, an excellent holiday and would definitely return.
