The family-friendly hotel Sol Lanzarote is perfectly situated in a peaceful location in Matagorda, frontline to the sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. An ideal hotel for families with children who wish to spend a beach holiday. We would like to inform you that the time has come to proceed with the repair of our three pools to offer a modern and functional product. For all this we wanted to inform you that we have decided, for the best achievement of this repair and above all to avoid inconvenience to our customers and partners, proceed to the temporary closure of this pool from the day 12/11/2020 with an estimated duration of 1 month. We are delighted to inform that the hotel will have another 2 swimming pools available and all the services will run as normal within the new reality adapted to the Covid-19 under the program Stay Safe with Melia.

Wonderful time away at this hotel
Absolutely love this hotel it’s the 4th time here! The food is good and the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful, if you have kids then the kids entertainment is fabulous too! It’s so much fun! I will continue to come back!

Amazing experience
The hotel is a really good hotel, clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. They have activities on every single day for children. The pool is clean, food is fresh and different every meal. My only criticism with food is they don't have a lot for kids that don't like to experiment so they could do with nuggets etc on offer. Other than that it's been an amazing first abroad holiday
