Vitalclass Lanzarote SPA and Wellness Resort

Location- is okay, it has a water park near by.Shops are about 10-15 min walk and the beach is about 15-20 min walk but a taxi to the beach is only 4 euro so cheep as chips.

Atmosphere- HONESTLY, the staff behind the reception are rude, some of the kitchen staff are rude. The room where the entertainment is held has no air con and unfortunately nobody could sit and watch the entertainment for longer than 5 minutes as it was like an oven, they have a lovely stage outside so really it should be moved outside or TURN THE AIR CON ON. My daughter loves the mini disco but unfortunately due to the heat we were unable to join in.

The rooms are GORGEOUS!!! Wow cleaned to a high standard and decorated beautifully. We had a hot tub on our balcony, this was advertised as £50 per night or something (can’t remember the exsact price, when we went to purchase for a night we were told by the receptionist it’s a minimum of 3 nights and when it was said it says that no where on the paperwork he replied “it is what it is” honestly I’ve never been to a hotel where the staff have such a bad attitude.

Lovely pools, great kids splash park although half of it was broke and taped up.

The food, this is some of the WORST food I have ever eaten. Our first night there was scraps left as we arrived late. Second night the food was raw. Raw food is definitely an issue at this hotel. The amount of times my family had raw meat was gross.

I am 25 and quite adventurous with food and after the first 3 nights I had a bowl of chips for my dinner every night pretty much. Breakfast was the same everyday, lunch was crap. Honestly the selection was extremely small.

They have two stands with food on and a bread stand. That’s it.

For the nearly £3k we paid for a week, I would not come here again nor would I recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed here last min due to our flight being delayed for two nights, the positives…. The staff! They are fantastic, friendly , helpful. They make this hotel. However it was like stepping back in time… the food ( apart from breakfast) was terrible, probably the worst all inclusive I’ve ate at, very limited choice , and not great at all ( I nearly broke a tooth trying to eat a bread roll) getting a drink was very strange , all the other all inclusives I’ve stayed at they see your wrist band ( for drinks etc and off you go) at this hotel they scan your room card , which takes a few mins, sometimes they had to repeat 2/3 times as it didn’t go through which looked like on a system from the 90’s! This caused queues. Needs updating.
