Over all ten out of ten great place for a family hoilday
The staff are fabulous, reception always with a happy face and helpful, friendly and always smiling, special shout out to Noel (behind the bar) and Anna ( the entertainment) who always had a smile on their face and ready for chats and had us up dancing laughing always checking in to see how are day was. The atmosphere around was lovely, nice and chilled but always something going on in mai tai if you wanted to get involved. The location is brilliant, a life guard on duty every day for 10-6 at each pool ,great scenery and a lovely walk along the beach up to more shops,bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean . The over all cleanliness of the place was 10/10 . You can see alot of work been done revantions and improvement which is good, nothing effecting your holiday mode! We had a really great hoilday and hopefully will be back!

Faulty Towers comes to mind
Just got back from the sands beach resort in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote very nice area plenty of bars & restaurants the local beach is beautiful.We can't say the same for this resort we will never go to this resort ever again,very shabby,outdated & dirty not enough sunbeds round the pools,me & my husband had to down grade due to the disguising food,the cleaners swept & moped our room twice in the 2 weeks we were there,bathroom never got cleaned,didn't have a bed linen change they just remade the bed the smoke alarms didnt work & the fire extinguisher havent been serviced or checked since 2018 .Apparently this resort has had problems since 2017 the only thing I can say is AVOID,AVOID,AVOID.
Fantastic Stay at Sands Beach Resort
We had a wonderful stay at Sands Beach Resort and would highly recommend it.
From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The apartments were spotless, spacious, and very well equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay.
The housekeeping was excellent. The apartments were cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, and the bed linen was changed every second day, which was a lovely touch and kept everything feeling fresh.
The pools were beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of sun loungers available, so there was never any difficulty finding a place to relax.
The on-site supermarket was very convenient and reasonably priced, which made it easy to pick up essentials without having to leave the resort.
The location is another big plus. It’s just a short walk to a great selection of bars, restaurants, and the beach, making it an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone at Sands Beach Resort for making our holiday so enjoyable

We stayed at Beach Sands Resort in Beach Front appartment 21 from 30th June until 7th July . My daughter chose it and after we booked it I saw a few bad reviews and TikTok’s about it and was worried. Well - I need not have worried. The whole place has been taken over. Refurbished rooms, beautiful pools, amazing breakfasts and a brand newly refurbished breakfast room ‘ la Hacienda’ which had something for everyone including my 2 fussy kids. Staff were awesome and can’t do enough for us. Our room was gorgeous. Clean and minimalistic, comfy beds and lots of room. Kitchen was spotless with everything you need and plenty of storage. No air-conditioning unfortunately but had really powerful fans and if you opened the bedroom windows and the front patio doors, you could get a nice through draft. Other hotel guests hired a portable unit from somewhere. I will definitely stay here again and as they are going through refurbing everything it will only get better. Great location and a short walk to town. We loved all the street cats in the area.

Family holiday
Lovely location , suited our needs perfectly , upgrade needed & mattress was damp but besides that , we had a lovely time , there was 7 of us & we were next door to each other , 3 in one room & 4 in the other , very spacious ☺️
