Peaceful & relaxing
Booked this holiday with my Mum as an end of the summer holidays treat. Hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We spent most of the day (everyday) around the pool which was quiet and relaxing. The pool areas were great and we tried each one out. We decided the bigger pool was our favourite and it was perfect to have a dip and swim a few lengths to cool down. The food was delicious and we made great use of being able to swap the dinner for lunch. I recommend the chicken ceaser salad, the club sandwich and the chicken strips. The portions were very generous - we had ‘starters’ for our mains. Dinner had great options too and we thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish night - paella was 10/10! The hotel’s location was very good too - 25/30 min walk into the busier square and beach front and around 30 mins shared transfer journey from the airport. We had a junior suite which was clean and modern. We had a sea view from the 6th block which was amazing. The cleaners were efficient for the rooms and around the communal areas - very clean! If we had to be picky the only teeny tiny thing we found was that the shower floor became slippery once shower gel had been used. The staff were all friendly and helpful and added to the overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere to fully relax and unwind.

Fabulous hotel
A very nice hotel. A warm welcome , lots of information. Welcome drink. Nice spacious room with good balcony with table , chairs and loungers. Housekeeping staff work extremely hard to maintain the rooms , keeping them very clean. Buffet breakfast excellent, nice restaurant with very good staff. 4 pool areas , again very clean , little robots cleaning pool areas. Some nice restaurants just outside the hotel. Entertainment most nights in the hotel. The only negative is , Teguise resort we didn’t like. Tired looking , crumbling walkways , needs a bit of a refresh throughout.

Fantastic again
Another fantastic stay. We have had several repeated stays here and the hotel continues to provide excellent service and a relaxed, grown up environment.
All the staff are friendly and welcoming but we must highlight Juan Francisco (Guest Services Manager) for his outstanding service and excellent communication.
Our accommodation was again clean, bedding good quality and room spacious. The Crown Service was very good although some teething issues still remain but we can see the hotel are addressing these.
Overall another fantastic stay.

Excellent clean Hotel Great Atmosphere
Beautiful clean hotel foods amazing staff are amazing and very hepful , We had a Junior Suite lots of space and storage, Lots of Sun beds No need to Reserve, 4 Swimming pools I feel the entertainment could be better they need a happy hour for guest if your not a Raddison member drinks can be pricy , we will be back .
