We had a lovely week at the Radisson Blu , The hotel is very clean due to amount of time and effort put in by staff , The staff are very happy and are keen too please . We had a problem with our room intiallly . Oliver was on to the problem and sorted it out with minimum fuss and took charge of the situation Top marks to him . We had a few teething problems , But i found Paul Guest service manager very approachable and able to have a open and honest chat . Our room was lovely and spacious with sea view , We used the Crown Service which we really enjoyed the Premier brands and freshly cooked food . The Reserved sun beds was a lovely addition.
Just returned from this fantastic hotel , we had an amazing holiday the hotel itself is beautiful so clean the food is great and the staff are incredible we were treated so well everyone was so happy and friendly, as my husband is blind a table was reserved every night for us making our dining experience so special Nati looked after us she was so caring not just with us but she had time for everyone can’t thank her enough, will definitely be back the staff at this hotel are a real blessing. 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Wonderful hotel. No sun bed problems here and lots of room around the pools so you have lots of space. Staff lovely. Surrounding area lovely. Highly recommend Crown Service.
Gorgeous hotel with lovely staff. Then crown service is a brillant addition. Will be back again it’s one of those hotels that you leave feeling pure relaxed and planning your next visit.
The four pools and sea view make it even better. No sunbed wars. Huge balcony and super clean big rooms.
Perfect place for peace and quiet, nightly entertainment was a local artist in the bar outside the restaurant, for one hour, 9-10pm. Almost all the same artists on a weekly rota. A couple were ok, but overall, mediocre at best. We came back to the hotel, just to see how it had changed from the previous Coronas Playa. The place is stunning, but there was no atmosphere. Food on the whole was good, but the quality wasn't always brilliant, and they could do to find a better way of keeping it hot, as some of it wasn't. Can't fault the restaurant staff, some of which we recognised from the old Coronas, as always, Natty never stopped smiling. I only have one negative, on a personal level, and I would advise you not to leave personal belongings on show. I've been travelling to Spain since childhood and stayed in some very questionable hotels. I had an item 'disappear' that never left the room. Without going into detail, as the incident was reported, there was only housekeeping that had been in the room. I know it never left the room, and felt like I was just being fobbed off by the hotel and the tui rep as I was due to leave a couple of days later. Just be aware of what you leave on show.
