This resort offers a total of 164 apartments and rooms. The resort stands out for being surrounded by gardens, two hetaed swimming pools, tennis court and gym. It also offers a large renovated pool bar where snacks and beverages are served throughout the day. A Buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, a 24hour Reception and Free Wi Fi. Brand new rooms offer a modern, functional and very comfortable design. Exterior Private parking is available but subject to availability.

Great hotel, let down by one rude staff
The property was actually quite good overall. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to several beaches, the aquarium, and a water park, which was perfect for our family. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, including rock pool snorkelling right nearby. The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped—everything you'd want for a comfortable stay. However, there was one unpleasant experience: At breakfast, we encountered a staff member who was exceptionally rude. When we tried to speak to him, he responded with "no English" and not even a hint of a smile—just dismissive and unwelcoming. We were at a buffet, but when we asked for toast, he simply said "no more" with no attempt to refill. Worse still, breakfast was advertised as open until 11am, yet he closed the doors 5 minutes early at 10:55am, cutting off access for guests who were still trying to get water and juice. This behaviour was unacceptable and frankly put a damper on our morning.
Disappointing!
The apartment was spacious, but it was nowhere near the standard of a 4‑star hotel. We were told that getting a sunbed wouldn’t be an issue because lifeguards would remove towels after an hour of being unattended. This never happened. Lifeguards simply ignored it, leaving guests to fight for beds every morning.
The pool rules were overly strict, to the point where children weren’t even allowed armbands or a small ring. It made the pool area feel unwelcoming and unnecessarily controlled.
We also experienced rudeness from staff on two separate occasions. They expected us to automatically know “international laws,” which came across as condescending. When I asked for fresh towels — after several days without a change — I was met with “I will have to check,” followed by a lecture about putting towels on the floor if we wanted them replaced. As our towels had been changed daily for the previous eight days, we had no idea why the rules suddenly changed. I suggested a simple welcome pack to explain these things, but again I was met with “It’s international law!” delivered with attitude.
Overall, this was one of the worst places we’ve stayed. For a supposedly 4‑star hotel, it absolutely wasn’t worth the extra money. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing hotel
We had a brilliant stay at this hotel and we will definitely return. We arrived late and were offered welcome drinks whilst we checked in. It was a seamless experience with Juan and his colleague, the most welcome check in I have probably received. I had emailed in advance to request adjacent rooms with my older children which had been organised. Massive rooms with pool views which were modern and immaculate. We were bed and breakfast which was great, something for everyone. We spent most of our time at the pool during the day. No problem at all getting a sunbed, towels changed at pool each day. When someone was looking for sunbeds the lifeguard helped and they also removed towels on unoccupied sunbeds - no fights for sunbeds at all. We had lunch at the pool bar which was excellent and really good value. DJ on some of the afternoons with chilled songs, not too loud and lovely vibe. Hotel really central to all amenities, bars, beaches and restaurants. We did manage to get a late check out on our room on the last day which took a few attempts as it was a busy changeover day but speaking to another receptionist secured this and we then used the luggage room. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would love to stay again.

Air conditioning unit
4th visit to Oasis Lanz – unfortunately very disappointed this time
This was our 4th visit to Oasis Lanz, and we really do love this hotel, which is why we keep coming back. Sadly, this time we’ve had a very unpleasant experience with the air conditioning in room 234.
When we arrived, the air conditioning was showing “filter clean”, and you could visibly see dust sitting on the vents. I went to reception three times to ask for it to be sorted. It wasn’t until the third time that something seemed to have been done, as the warning was no longer flashing and the unit had stopped making the noise it had been making.
We were there for 7 days and only used the air conditioning twice because we were so concerned about the condition of it. Unfortunately, since coming home last night, both myself and my partner have become really poorly, with sore throats and coughs. Obviously we can’t say for certain what has caused this, but given the state of the air conditioning and the fact that it was left like that for several days, we are very concerned that it may have contributed.
It’s extremely disappointing, particularly as this is our 4th visit and we genuinely love Oasis Lanz. We really hope the hotel takes this seriously and checks and properly services the air conditioning in room 234, as leaving it in that condition for over 5 days is not acceptable.
Please, Oasis Lanz, sort the air conditioning properly so that future guests don’t have the same experience. Thank you.

First class
Had a great 9 night stay here last week. Everything first class from the moment we arrived. Apartment spotless and cleaned every day. Very central location but no noise at night. Pool bar snack very good and reception staff very helpful. Will definitely return
