Great hotel, but would avoid spa
We had a really enjoyable 12-day stay and, aside from our experience with the spa, there was very little we could fault about the hotel.
Our room was good, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and there was always plenty of space around the pool. We also thought the food and drinks were good throughout our stay.
The location is excellent. It’s only a short walk to the beach and into the main square in Costa Teguise, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment.
A particular mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were brilliant with the kids and really added to their holiday.
The one significant negative was the spa. We booked an expensive treatment towards the end of our stay and unfortunately the quality was poor. We raised our concerns with the hotel and were advised that the spa is operated by a separate company and that we would need to take the matter up with them directly. We did this, but found their customer service and response to our concerns very disappointing.
Although the spa is separately operated, it is a service offered to hotel guests and formed part of our overall experience, so it feels important to mention it here. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the spa.
Aside from this, we had a very good experience at the hotel and would happily recommend it.

No complaints!!
Came with my mum and my 2 daughters (10 and 3). We all had a fantastic time. Room was lovely and clean and spacious. Everything was there that you would need. Cleaned every day to a very high standard!
All inclusive food was good, kids loved the chocolate fountain!
All inclusive drinks were delicious! ESP the cocktails.
AI snacks were also very good. We enjoyed baguettes and lots of nachos cheese, guacamole and salsa by the pool
The kids clubs were brilliant. Something for both my girls! Very well looked after!
We all enjoyed the pools, slides were good fun! And lots of sun beds (you aren’t allowed to put towels on them and leave).
Local area is nice too, we went on the walk around local area with the hotel and found some beaches. Jabillo is a great beach and safe, you can snorkel easily and feed the fish!
We also took a taxi to port el Carmen to go on a dolphin boat tour which was phenomenal!

Another great holiday!
This is the second time we visited this hotel and we loved it just as much! The hotel was perfect for our children who were 4 & 5. The hotel rooms were perfect with a little kitchen area which really came in handy. A huge shout out to the entertainment team who were amazing. Our children absolutely loved the mini club and the shows and entertainment they put on every day! My little girl made such a lovely bond with the ladies from the team that she cried coming home! Really good family hotel
We came on a family holiday 11 of us in total from 8 - 86! What a super spot, it had been 7 or 8 years since we'd been and it had something for everyone. We went All Inc. and the food was very good. Really good spot for kids, very safe and close to the shops and beach. Staff are lovely. You can book the water park with the hotel and this gets children under 12 free. We will definitely come again.

Great hotel for families. Came with 9 and 5 year old. Plenty to do. Rooms cleaned everyday . All inclusive had a great range both in food and drink. Close to the beach and the square. Everything you need.
