The hotel was spotless , food was quiet good tbf compared to other hotels in Lanzarote I’ve been to , drinks were average and there was a lot at extra cost . Wasn’t much happening for kids the small kids pool they had was freezing. I saw in tbe photos before hand there was a play park however this isn’t there anymore athough there is one about a min walk outside the hotel , the mini disco was canceld a few days too which was disappointing. This hotel is more for adults who want to just do nothing all day , good access to the beach and shops bars etc . Some of the staff at reception and the rotating bar were very rude . The girl who did take the very few kids activities was lovely and very friendly and made sure the kids were aware of what was going on and encouraging them to get involved Thankyou . All the staff in the buffet restaurant were very friendly

Worst family holiday ever
We were a family group of 11 for my daughter 50th birthday the hotel is lovely the staff great apart from the reception and management my daughter children made a surprise visit to suprise their mother the reception and security wouldn't let them in dispit us offering to pay for any drinks they had I think that was disgusting and we certainly will not be returning.

Amazing stay
What a fabulous hotel, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you Food was lovely best all inclusive food we have had in Europe Rooms were lovely spotlessly clean and an amazing powerful shower We will definitely return to this hotel After reading other reviews on here before we travelled all I can say is some people must have stopped at a different hotel Well done Alexander Teguise Playa

This Hotel is like an extension of family, spotless, food lovely staff friendly beds comfortable.
Fantastic hotel
Our 4th visit and once again didn’t disappoint. You can’t ask for a better located hotel. We requested 6th floor again and this was granted however all rooms have great views. Change this year was the restaurant layout. Not sure it works as well as the stations it used to have, as there is now queueing for some areas, however they were small and moved quickly. Also think there wasn’t quite as much choice as before, but still plenty to choose from. Fantastic staff at hotel, but special shout out to the restaurant staff who work very hard and to Rowland on the entertainment staff who is lovely and friendly.
