This welcoming apartment complex is situated in the leisure centre of Costa Teguise, approximately 600 m from the nearest beach. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network with a stop located just 400 m away. The town centre, which offers plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene, is also within walking distance. Amongst the hotel facilities are a welcoming bar and a restaurant. Guests may park their cars in the hotel's outdoor car park.The simple studios and apartments come with a combined bedroom/living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge. The apartments come with an additional separate bedroom. All of them are well-equipped as standard. Guests may make use of the swimming pool and the sun terrace. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very friendly staff. JJ and Lea were so welcoming and lovely, and a real credit to the hotel.
We stayed Tuesday–Sunday and really enjoyed our stay. The food was good, the environment was clean, the entertainment was enjoyable, and the all-inclusive package was just as you’d expect.
We booked this as a chilled, last-minute getaway to switch off and relax, and that’s exactly what we got. It was a lovely, easy-going break and we left feeling refreshed.
The only small thing I would have preferred was for the bedding to be changed and the towels refreshed at least once more during our stay, but this certainly wasn’t the end of the world and didn’t take away from our overall experience.
This hotel was lovely and clean. The food is absolutely fantastic, there is a different theme every night, and foods always warm. There isn’t too much choice of food, but there is enough. The atmosphere and the entertainment reps were brilliant! Shout out to JJ and Lea for making our holiday the best! The entertainment and the games throughout the day were so much fun. The room was basic but spacious, had everything that we needed, and the balcony was huge. The area was good, about a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the spar shop. The pool was big but quite cold, but once you’re in for a few minutes it was okay. Overall I would recommend this hotel 100%, the people and the reps were absolutely incredible and they made the holiday so enjoyable!
I spent a week at this hotel with my boyfriend. We'll definitely be back! The food was varied, with themed lunches and dinners. There were plenty of activities and fun activities. Many English people were there, but they were very kind to the Polish people. The atmosphere was friendly. The animator, JayJay, clearly loves his job. He was funny and talkative; we felt like he was our friend. We recommend this hotel!
We arrived on afternoon We were staying as family in premium side , on arrival approching our room door handles had poo on door handles and i mean a lot ! My husband alearted staff at main reception ,they did send a cleaner where she gave a clean But not the greeting we thought we would get .spent our 4 days wondering why and how this had happend .rooms were very clean and lovley inside but im arrfaid this has put me off returning .please look at your door handles before opening your door . I have photos but it would make you sick !
The hotel was a three star but could so easily have a higher rating with just a few minor tweaks. Beware there are two to three flights of stairs to climb, there is no lift. And no one to help get those cases upstairs. The greeting at reception was cool, hardly the way you wish to be welcomed to the hotel. We were handed three sheets of stapled printed paper with very little information about the hotel or the area. Focus was on food and the swimming pool. Both of which were fair. The room was split level, important to know, if you have mobility issues. Hot water in plentiful supply. Don't drink the water from the taps, its brown. There was a fridge but no bottled water. Decor is dated and needs attention. That said, its clean and functional. Bathroom had a walkin shower but the floor was slippery an needs a floor mat to prevent accidents. Local shop 15 minute walk away had everything you need. Balcony overooked the pool. We found the hot tub two days before we left but never had a chance to use it. Dining room had an acceptable range of food, but dont expect burgers or pizza. There is a BBQ night but this was disappointing as the food (pork chops) cooked on it was not served outdoors as expected but from a tray on a hotplate. This might explain why it was dry and rock hard. Great range of salads and fruit. But needs to be covered. I'd wash fruit before eating. Pool is clean and ranges from shallow (waist) to deep 6'6. However it was closed from 6pm while sun was still hot at 8pm. Only one life guard who looked liked rather be anywhere but the poolside. There were youngsters serving drinks that had no idea what they were. Later learned they were students waiting to return to uni. Entertainment seems to have forgotten the hotel is for adults. Giant engagement, ping pong I to a glass, crazy golf.
Of our 10 nights, two nights were very good for music. If karaoke is your thing you'll be fine.
Despite the minor faults, we had a good holiday. Lots of sightseeing and trips to the market and beaches. Would we go again? Not to this hotel but perhaps another in the area; there are many.
