Great hotel in a nice quiet location, arrived with our two mid twenties sons, we stayed in the Serenity side which was worth the extra cost, not the same rush to get the sunbeds in the morning and not as busy. The rooms do not have air conditioning but there is always a breeze blowing through the rooms if you keep the patio doors and windows open. I am coeliac so the buffet breakfast was a challenge for me, some of the food is marked as having no gluten but after asking the chef to double check, the porridge and corn flakes etc have traces of gluten in them so be aware of that if you are have an allergy to gluten. I wasnt 100% confident that the staff were fully trained on coeliac gluten allergy. The kitchen staff went out of their way to help me in the mornings although was first in line each morning to ensure no cross contamination occurred. Would we go back there? Absolutely, but we had a car for the full duration of the holiday and mopeds a day also so were able to travel all over the island from a nice quiet base. There is some noise from construction work across the road but very tolerable. Overall a great base for your holiday.
We got a cheap deal (£500pp for just over a week bed and breakfast) and we got what we paid for. We stayed in the normal area, we never got to see the Serenity bit.
The breakfast is 8:30 until 10am and is very a very basic hotel breakfast, standard for most places. No complaints really.
The pool doesn’t open until 10am and you will catch people waiting by the pool at 9:45am for a spot, and once everyone is allowed into the pool area it’s a bit of a mad dash to get a sun lounger so make sure at least 1 member of your party is ready and waiting to get the spot that you want. The pool area is nice though.
There is construction going on too from hotels in the area being built, a lot of drilling throughout the day.
If you’re one of those people that loves to have extremely hot 30 minute showers everyday after a day round the pool, this hotel will not be for you. Every room has their own hot water tank that gives you around 10 minutes hot water total and then you have to wait for it to heat up again.
The Wi-fi has to be one of the worst ones i’ve ever used. You get virtually no connection in the room and if you do connect, it hardly loads anything and randomly disconnects. The only place with good connection is in the reception and the surrounding area.
The reception staff are lovely, however the bar staff are rude and look like they would rather be anywhere else, no hospitality whatsoever. I know this is a common issue with the other reviews also.
The rooms are a little dated, our toilet started leaking and we had to swap rooms as our balcony door broke also. The beds are comfortable though and I slept really well. There is NO AC so bring a fan - this was one of the downsides as I can imagine when it gets very hot the rooms will be unbearable. I had a small handheld fan with me and that saved me. I think you can rent fans from reception, but it comes with a weekly charge and you’re just better off bringing a small one from home. Cleaner comes Monday, Wednesday, Friday and the soaps you get given when you first check in are the only ones you get unless you specifically ask for more. They do a good job of cleaning though, mopping the floor and making the beds.
There is a supermarket around 5 minute walk away down the street and all restaurants and bars are there if you continue to walk down. The beach area is really nice.
Extra charges come if you decide to have a late checkout (€12 an hour) and if you decide to swap rooms, it’s a charge of €30 if nothing is wrong with your room. You also need to check on the day whether you can get a late checkout as it depends on availability.
This isn’t anything to do with the hotel but there are a lot of older British people here, so if you are under the age of 30 and planning on wearing small bikinis, be prepared to get dirty looks from the older women there.
Overall it’s not a bad place, it does the job as a hotel and if you get a good deal it’s worth the price. I wouldn’t pay anymore than I have though.
We stayed here last 7 nights and nothing to complain about really. Room was clean, beds comfy. Breakfast was very nice. Found sun bed every day apart from one, but after returning from beach day there was plenty available.
A belated review of this hotel. We stayed here for the second time in February 2026 and were not disappointed. It lived up to the same standards as it did on our previous visit two years prior. The 'Serenity' side is just wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel. about half hour from airport. Clean reception, bar and breakfast areas. Nice relaxed atmosphere. About 15 minute walk to central areas and beach.
Nice apartment which had all equipment needed. Would benefit from air conditioning in rooms. Fans can be hired from reception. Great buffet style breakfast which catered for all needs just struggled at times with the quantity of people and how many tables were available.
Not noisy at all as pool bar closes at 12.
Pool area and sunbeds are locked away every night and are only opened at 10am. People queued from 945am so they could reserve beds. Limited areas of shade and sunbeds for the amount of apartments on the complex.
Luggage storage available on departure day and a shower facility to use down in the bottom of the pool room.
