Lovely stay in the Serenity area
We had a lovely stay here in the Serenity area, lovely nice clean room around the pool, which was nice and peaceful ! The Hotel has a no reserving sun lounger policy, which is a great idea!! Plenty of choice on both the breakfast and evening buffet !! Full English breakfast for me every morning!! Five minutes walk gets you to a selection on bars and restaurants, supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away!

Quiet
Nice and quiet, clean , breakfast lots of variety, no problems getting sun bed although some are a bit batterd , no complaints from us
Couples holiday
We've stayed here twice before and feel it's just gone down hill, breakfast is still good, only two staff members really stand out Dora on reception was lovely and the older gentleman in the restaurant was always happy. Room was ok had everything you needed , nice the cleaners came in every mon - wed - fri , beds and towels changed each time. You need to enforce your sunbed policy, it was embarrassing watching mature adults putting towels down marking their spot on the floor by the pool whilst waiting for the man to unlock the sunbeds. Entertainment was almost none existent which was a shame

Bad tummy holiday
Breakfast rubbish 🗑 bacon not done properly asked if we can get bacon well done and got refused staff say you have to have like that. Not coming back.
