This hotel, set amid the stunning landscapes of Costa Teguise beach and the island of Lanzarote, is a complex of typical white buildings that reflect the Canarian light. It is located just 300 meters from the fine sand beach and its turquoise waters. Within walking distance, guests will find the centre of town, Costa Teguise golf course and Aquapark Costa Teguise. The hotel is ideal for sports enthusiasts, as well as couples and families.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We are a couple staying here now and love the location which is close to beach. Shop and bars. Honestly the food is really good quality and we look forward to eating every day unlike many hotels we have stayed in across Europe which called themselves 4 star 🌟 Our room is fab and spacious huge double balcony we are very pleased with comfy beds and decent shower. Staff are so friendly and music around pool is just right and always get a subbed! Aqua aerobics is fun and team work really hard.. The cats are just delightful and the hotel kindly made an outside cat house which is purpose built for the three animals which I love as in other countries abroad it’s sad to see the state of these animals sometimes - but not here! We are really happy here.
The location is good. Close to the beach and their all inclusive package is good. The downside is that they should consider using white bedding. The colored bedding made me paranoid and skeptical. The room we had had a very bad smell. As if there was a sewer close to it.
Fairly average standard rooms very good 2 balcony’s food very average same every night poor snack bar food cold drinks ok not enough cocktails only 4 but ok for soft drinks ice cream and coffee pools nice only 15 mins to town
Hotel reception staff very arrogant and no help. We needed emergency ambulance and they did not help and we had to order it our selves . McDonald’s food is better. Cards for hotel rooms constantly need re setting and they blame us
To say this is a family friendly hotel is a load of rubbish!! The staff need to learn some manners and also remember it's a "family hotel" staff members are rude!
The rooms are very basic and we stayed 10 nights and the towels were changed once!! We are not an untidy family thank goodness but general house keeping was just non existent!
The food is extremely basic.
I honestly don't even think this hotel deserves a 3 star and I am a person that only ever stays in 3* hotels.
Also to say it's meant to be a family hotel make sure you have plans on a Sunday as they have no animation team working on a Sunday.
If you have no personality DON'T work in hospitality!!!!
The only positive note I will say is the gentleman who is originally from England who works on reception is the only positive thing this hotel has!
This hotel is not worth you spending your hard earn money on! We all work hard to be able to go on holiday and have a great time and feel looked after and just get the basics like a clean room daily,fresh towel's and even a clean pool and pool area!
People would leave towels on sunbeds either night before or from 6am just another FYI!
Definitely won't be returning.
