This hotel is situated in one of the most attractive touristic destinations of the island, Costa Teguise resort. Surrounded by a magnificent canary garden, the hotel offers its guests magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean. The capital is around 1.5 km away and can be easily reached by car.The hotel is perfect for families with children who love spending time at the pool. Lanzarote airport is just 10 km away.

Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and gift shops/newsstands. Guests can catch a ride to nearby destinations on the local area shuttle (surcharge).
This is a lovely hotel. The pool area is really lovely, although the pool does need a paint job, I also understand what a massive job that is. The room I had was a garden room, lovely right by the pool and absolutely spotless. I think the rooms should still have information in them about meal times and where to find information about the entertainment on offer, at least a board outside the restaurant showing meal times would help. I didn't see the QR code at first so had no idea what time the meals were and having chatted with other guests it was the same for them. Easily solvable I feel. I've seen some comments about beds not changed enough during the week and this always amazes me because how many of those people actually change their beds at home everyday, or even twice a week, my bet is none. Everywhere around the hotel is very clean. The food is not bad, I would say it's exactly what you should expect for an all inclusive hotel and better than a lot I've been to. The hot meats were all very good and melted in your mouth. I was a bit shocked when I had to pay €1 deposit for my plastic drinks cup by the pool, but it makes absolute sense, the cups don't get left all around the pool, staff don't have to collect them, and you get it back anyway, works well in my opinion. I also saw complaints regarding sun beds being claimed by a towel and left for hours. The fact that the sun beds are not available until the pool opens I think is great but yes some selfish people will still put towels on and then not be seen for hours. I saw this happen with a group of 5 Spanish people who put towels on 5 sunbeds in prime position round the pool. 2 hours passed with no sign of them, at which time the life guard came and removed the 5 towels. They returned after another 2 hours and were furious because other guests were on the beds, but how selfish is that 4 hours reserved with no intention of using them. The entertainment team are good and very funny but once again I had little idea of what's on offer and at what time. I know there is a TV in reception with that information on but didn't know that until I had been there for 4 days, which again could be solved by an information card in the rooms. The drinks were good quality and the fact that you have to pay after 11pm I think is standard at all inclusive hotels. Whilst the hotel is a distance from town it is only €5 in a taxi. I did walk to town during the day but it took me 45 minutes via the promenade and 35 minutes straight down the main road. I had a fabulous time here and would recommend it to anyone. Just don't expect 5 star meals and service when you have booked a value hotel.
Just got back from a week's holiday with my wife and a couple of friends of ours. The hotel was well maintained and the outside areas were spotless. Our room was very good,you could see they had spent a lot of money on the furniture and fixings. The beds were comfortable and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and worked very hard. They were the good things about the hotel,now for the 1 major negative. I am not a fussy eater and will try most things but every time I visited the buffet restaurant I was left disappointed. The food was always tepid and by the time you got to your table it was cold. I tried the fresh fruit twice and both times the fruit has clearly perished once you cut into it. I went 3 days eating nothing because there was a bad tummy bug going around and several guest had it. My wife got it 2 days before we returned and she is still suffering the effects. The drinks were ok but trying to keep them down became impossible. I have stayed at the bluesea los Fiscos in Puerto del Carmen on several occasions and never had a problem with the food being cold. To many people I spoke to had the same tummy problems for it not to be an issue with the food or the ice used in the drinks. It's a shame really because like I've said already the hotel and the staff were 1st class, the food however was definitely not. I won't let this experience put me off going again, maybe we caught it on a bad week.
Sitting on my balcony on my last night thinking about how to honestly review this hotel. It was booked as a quick 6 nights away and glad we did. After reading orher reviews I was a little concerned but found nothing to worry about. I completely understand that everyone's opinions and expectations differ so this is my review.
Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at around 1 and our room wasnt ready, we were however given our bands which allowed us to enjoy our afternoon and went back later to get our key.
The hotel is spotless, clean and well maintained gardens and pool area, my only criticism here is the lack of shade. There are no umbrellas around the pool, there are trees if you sit on the large terrace area but this offers limited shade. I understand that its windy but most hotels these days cement their umbrellas to combat falling. No sunbed battles or putting towels out at the crack of dawn s the pool does not open until 10 when the lifeguard starts.
Rooms. We were given a ground floor room overlooking the pool. Large Clean and modern, separate bath and sink area with good lighting and mirrors. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed.
Food and drink. I found the food to be good, breakfast the usual hot and cold choices. Dinner was again a good selection, meats, salads pasta whilst people have complained about the food options I found it typical of most AI hotels. As was the drinks. San Miguel on draft and choice of local spirits.again typical of most AI.
Entertainment. Didn't really see any of this so cant comment.
Overall fab few days in the sun, ticked our boxes and would not choose here for a longer stat due to the shade but would definitely come back for a short break.

Rooms - Great. Best to ask for a room overlooking the pool. Room 360-380 are good for evening sun. Coffee machine in room and pods 0.50 a pod at reception. Air con works pretty decent and the beds are comfy.
Pool - Good vibe. Cold but refreshing pool. Sunbeds dated but do the job. No sunbed wars are beds are locked until 10am. Pool closes at 6 but you can sit on the loungers till 7:30ish.
Drinks - san miguel on tap. Spirits are limited on AI. If you want smirnoff or premium spanish rum on AI u have to specifically ask for it.. and they are decent. Also a euro deposit per plastic cup. Cant use your own glasses!
Food - Always something decent on. Chicken kebab, donner kebab, nice fish, chicken, pork, lamb, beef steaks, veggies, salads, chips etc. Standard AI offering. Lots of decent restaurants nearby. Tandoori spice 10 mins walk away is much better than the indians in the square - 30 mins walk down the main road.
Location - Good. 30 mins walk to the ‘square’ with many bars and restaurants. Also a few on the way. Coastal path about 15 mins walk. The back gate to hotel is now permanently locked so u have to walk out of the front door.
Other - decent gym on site, most staff are friendly, couple of grumpy ones as you’d expect. Life guards are very strict - no inflatables, no drinks or phones in pools etc.
Been here 3 times over the past 8 years and over time, the food has improved, entertainment around the same standard. Its a cheap and cheerful all inclusive. If you want premium, pay the extra £1000 and go Barcelo or H10. Overall, a great holiday as it met all expectations.
