This was my first solo holiday and I am so glad I picked this hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel was situated in the perfect place. The food was also good with a lot of variety.( I only had the breakfast and evening meal) I will definitely be going back again and also recommending to family and friends. It was that nice I was going to ask for a job so I didn't have to leave (lol) A very easy 5* from me, and I really look forward to going again next year.
This hotel and the staff are very good. However, when comparing this hotel to the last we stayed in, there was little to choose between them ... except for the price paid, the Barcelo being incredibly more
We had a lovely stay in September, very comfortable room with a massive bed.
Food was amazing, different menu every night and so much choice, freshly cooked.
We used the infinity pool the most (we felt it had more atmosphere and privacy than the main pool).
Credit where credit is due I can honestly say one of the best I’ve stayed , ultra modern keeping the charm of the traditional colours and buildings of Costa teguise From the start we were made to feel welcome and were called when the room was ready and cases walked to the room for us This place is something else we were advised to go here because we wanted to be able to walk to local bars etc , it was perfect we met a lot of people who had travelled far in taxis to be in We were half board but didn’t eat in the restaurant a lot but when we did the vast range of food was fantastic with so much choice even for fussy eaters they even had separate toasters for gluten free which was a nice touch If anything to pick at I just found it really quiet on a day time a bit of background music would of been good but nothing to mark this place down over because I know people will probably go there for the peace and quiet Also the comfiest king size beds ever I dare say this place is 10/10 for me
The staff in this hotel are probably the best I have witnessed over 44 years of travelling abroad, food was great and plenty of choices
