Barcelo yet again you gave us another amazing holiday. Very friendly staff along with good food in the restaurants something for everyone with different theme nights. Salek,Yelena, Alba,Christina, Manuel and Adrian you are the best. Breakfast, evening meals and Breeze/ pool bar always there trying their best. Mar our room cleaner so friendly and the room was always spotless. We had our usual room which had had a bit of a makeover. Nice clean walk in pool. Dominic was very friendly when checking us in at reception with a welcome drink. It always feel like we have come home. Gabriella guest services always there with a smile ,a chat or to sort out any problems. Very friendly guest. I love to get up early and watch the hotel come alive. The sun rising people starting to get on with their jobs. Alberto and the gardener always with a cheery good morning. I would recommend this Adults only hotel.
Lovely hotel. Very clean, staff friendly, food nice. Booked a hot tub room & got upgraded to a seaview room as it was my birthday 😊 you need to grab a sunbed by 9am as gets pretty full. Right near lots of bars, restaurants, shops & the beach. 2 sunbeds & umbrella $17 for the day. We had room 2063 which was right near access to the pool. Champs bar had good entertainment. Went half board which was fine for us as lots of restaurants to try outside. Would return.
Our 3rd visit to this lovely hotel, and it never disappoints. It really is lovely. The food is great, something for everyone, the staff friendly and welcoming, our room, a sea view junior suite spacious and comfortable. Neither of us are big drinkers, but the Mojito's and Espresso Martini's were excellent, and made from scratch. The pools are heated. Peaceful. No loud music. Everywhere is clean and tidy. It's perfectly situated for the resort and beach. A really lovely hotel.
A very nice hotel , comfortable rooms, right in the heart of Costa Teguise, adults only was bliss !!!! Food was excellent with plenty of variety. The only negative to be aware of is that refuse collections happen all times of the night, if they empty the glass skips you will be woken up !!
Good holiday again 2nd time at this hotel,..buffet food is excellent through day with plenty of choice ..slight downsides our bathroom is in need of some Redecorating as shower area did have slight mould growth staining
Its location is brilliant so close to beach and all the bars ..especially Dolphin Inn which is the best in town
