Great hotel, busy pool area
I stayed here for a week in July in a big group and really enjoyed it. The hotel has two sides (active and royal) and I stayed in a junior suite on the active side. The beds were really comfy and the room was spacious - lots of storage. The location was good as it was just a 20 minute walk away from the town centre. There was also a bus stop just outside the hotel and lots of taxis. While the food was good, there was limited choice for vegetarians and not much variety over the week. Breakfast was great. Nothing was specifically labelled vegetarian or not, but easy to tell what was okay. The pool areas were nice but very busy - with a scrum for loungers every morning. The pool bars were good - nice selection of soft drinks and slushies. Didn’t watch much of the evening entertainment but there seemed to be something on for everyone. Not much noise from outside the room at night. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was very clean with a nice atmosphere. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay and I would return.

Fix the toilet!
Hotel seemed nice at first but when we got in the room (after waiting 2.5 hours), we instantly noticed the toilet running. I went straight down to reception and reported it and watched the reception lady type something into the computer. Next day, reported it again. Gave it another day before reporting again. I honestly gave up after the 5 time.
A great place to go.
We've just come back from a fabulous week, where we stay all inclusive on the active side.
We stayed in a large double room. The room was spacious with a large bed, it had a sitting area looking out onto a nice balcony with sun beds. The bathroom was spacious and modern.
The two large pools and one small one were excellent, although rather cold which affected my wife as she struggles with poor curculation so couldnt use the pool. There was a well stocked and well staffed pool bar very close, and the entertainment staff did a great job keeping kids and adults alike entertained.
The main restaurant was really varied and tasty, staff were fantastic again even under the stress of guests who sometimes behaved without manners.
We had access to the other amenities across the road, and used them a few times. The band with room key made acces all around the site very simple, and was a novel idea.
The hotel offers one of the best gyms ive used whilst staying somewhere away from home, I used it as I enjoy keeping myself strong and was surprised at the amount of weights available with the usual fitness equipment in a gym.
We will be booking for next year, it was a great place to be. Oh and the cats that live there were very friendly.
Lovely Hotel
The service from the staff was great everyone was helpful smiley and welcoming. Most of the time you can get a sunbed easily and the coverage from the sun to sunbathe is great you’ll have it most of the day. The only let down was the beach which I wouldn’t really blame on the hotel and there are other beaches a short walk or drive away but when it mentions the beach being just down from the pool it Is reallt only some rocks which you might have a hard time getting in the sea. Apart from that I really enjoyed my time at this hotel.

Lovely hotel stayed for 10 days
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and bright. The location is good, short taxi ride (around €5) into the square and also the open mall. Not much beach but the pool area was nice and most of the time there was always somewhere to sunbath. The food was nice but there could’ve been more variety.
