Good, however disappointed with the air con
We very much enjoyed our stay at Secrets Lanzarote to celebrate our 30 th Wedding Anniversary. The only issue we had was the air con in our room was insufficient We reported this on 2 occasions however it was never resolved for us .

5 star hotel
Hotel secrets is definitely a must especially if you want a nice relaxed holiday. They have 4 pools to choose from with two relaxing pools, and the main one for entertainment. This hotel you don’t have to run for beds, there is still beds available all day with beautiful views of the sea. The staff are very welcoming and cater to your needs. I definitely recommend this hotel for those who just want to relax, and if you don’t fancy going out for meals they have plenty to choose from within the hotel, to meet everyone’s needs.

Just got home after a fabulous 2 weeks at this top notch hotel. Lovely spacious rooms which are kept very clean. The hotel, it’s gardens and pool are kept lovely and clean too. Every member of staff works extremely hard at their job and always offers a very friendly service with a smile and all are happy to do that extra bit for you if needed.
Reception and guest experience advisers are on hand when you need information or advice on anything and they can’t help enough – they are all fantastic!
Fantastic choice of 5/6 restaurants all with amazing food and service.
Good pool service as waiters come round and take your drinks order and then delivers them to you within the next 10mins- bliss whilst sat by the pool sunbathing.
Good entertainment every evening in the Piano bar which finishes at 10:30 so we weren’t disturbed by any late night noise.
Some activities take place during the day with the animation team (although there is only two of them). As a party of 8 who love to be doing different activities every day, we didn’t feel that there was enough for us but we are just used to having a bit more choice of activities and more chances of doing them. (they still do Pilates, pool gym, rifle shooting, archery, tennis, bag painting & cocktail making in the evening)
Location is great as only a 10min walk to the harbour via the seafront where there is a local market every Tuesday and Friday. It is also only a 10min drive to Puerto Del Carmen costing around €15 one way, where there are shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife all down the promenade if you require it.
All in all a fantastic holiday had by all and it is definitely worth its five star rating!! 🌟 Book this hotel for your holiday and you won’t regret it!
Great activities
We did the Beauty Party with Melody and Melissa and had the most fun ! They are absolutely lovely and gave great advice. The activity itself lasted two hours and we came out relaxed and refreshed. A must do at the hotel !
I would also like to shout out Charlène who did the stretching class and who was lovely and very welcoming !
Spa beauty party!
Wonderful ‘Beauty Party’ hosted by Melisa and Melody in the spa! Skin feels good after the products and I now know many techniques for the guarsha! Lovely touch for the hosts to give each person a hand massage while the mask is working. Fantastic session!
