Great family hotel.
Located close to the airport made the transfer stress free with the children. The hotel is well presented and the staff are friendly and helpful. You are a short walk from the beach, local shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurants serves a variety of good food and drinks throughout the day, fresh fruit is always available. It is a family friendly place with noise levels dropping off inline with on site entertainment. We all enjoyed the pool area and slides which are well supervised. There’s lots of open garden space with plants, trees and swifts flying around which was nice to see. I would say some investment is needed in new sun beds. As a family we had a great time with all you need for an all inclusive resort holiday.

We honestly can’t fault a thing about our stay at Abora Interclub Atlantic! I’m genuinely unsure what some people find to moan about, because our experience was absolutely brilliant. 🤷♀️❤️
The whole hotel is beautiful, clean and well looked after, with plenty to do for both adults and children. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special mention to the kids’ club, who were so lovely and welcoming with the children — it really made us feel comfortable leaving them to enjoy themselves. 🥰
Our room was cleaned every single day, and everywhere around the hotel was spotless. There was also a really good selection of food, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. 🍕🍝🥗
Of course, everyone has different expectations, but some people really do seem impossible to please! 😂 We genuinely couldn’t understand the negative comments because we couldn’t fault anything.
There’s lots to do, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and we’ve had such a lovely holiday. We would absolutely come back and would definitely recommend Abora Interclub Atlantic! ☀️🌴💦❤️

Lovely
Very nice hotel with clean en cool rooms. We had a room to share with our 2 children and they also liked their sleeping places. Food and activities repeat every week but everyone always has a genuine smile while they work. A special thanks to Andrea for helping us to get to know the island, giving us tips how to get everywhere and just being a nice man! Gran canaria is so lovely, take the time to see the craters in the middle, the kliffs more in the north and the dunes in the south. You can get far just by using public transport or rent a car. We would love to go back!

Was ok but wouldnt rush back. Changed rooms as we were given rooms directly on the skip bins for the whole hotel refuge . The smell was awful. When i requested a room change i was told that we could move to a different room but its much worse (serious!) And no one else has ever complained ( ok!) Eventually moved the following day, much better. Found the food repetative, most dishes were pork based. Good allegy signs out. But no gluten free bread.
Pools were veru good,rooms were clean amd fresh towels everu day.
Lack of personnel
First time here and based on the holiday price expectations were higher compared to what we received. A big lack of employees, which led to big queues on nearly everything . Good food but tables not cleaned , queues big as 20min , same at any bar. Beach was nice though. Water fridges everywhere so at least you could hydrate. A big thank you to Ebru, she was very polite and helpful, making our holiday more pleasant. Overall family experience was ok but not wow.
