Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

If we could give 4.5 stars that's what we'd give it.
Nice and clean.
Food was good - different enough not to get bored but the same enough not to feel like you had to eat everything all in one go because you would probably get a chance to try something later as it would come back. Had a few local bits e.g. paella and Canarian potatoes. We loved the soft serve ice cream station and stone baked pizza.
Drinks - as you'd expect with all inclusive the alcoholic drinks are nothing to write home about. Cocktails that taste like strong squash and bottom shelf wine etc but the red wine was still very drinkable especially with food. What I liked is they have drink stations dotted around with pop and larger on tap so you didn't have to go to the bar every time you wanted one of those. In the evening they also opened a bunch of brut and popped it in a big ice bucket so you could help yourself, and they did the same for breakfast so you could have mimosas etc which made it feel more boujee. You can upgrade to premium (we didn't so can't comment on that) to get better quality booze and you can buy them one off as well e.g. if you didn't think you'd drink cocktails all week but wanted one or two proper ones of an evening - then you could order them and pay for them individually. The thing we were a little disappointed on and would give the half star on drinks if we could is that the pop stations often had issues where the fizz or syrup had gone.
Swimming pools - 5 different pools:
Sunbeds - we went just after term started in UK and even though it still felt really busy you could always get a sunbed (and as a couple get two next to each other or one of the double beds). I really liked the ones lower down from the spa pool as you couldn't hear the day time animation as much (it is quite loud so don't expect a quiet chill most places) and the double beds had curtains so if you wanted a bit of shade to avoid burns/heat exhaustion etc then you could get it easily without trying to move an umbrella around to follow the sun.
Entertainment - really good. Very impressed by this. Can reccomend nabbing a seat in the courtyard bit with the stage in for the mini disco if you've got kids or after if you don't so you have a good view. If you're not as into the entertainment the outer courtyard bit gives you the opportunity to hear it (and see it from further back depending on the seat you get) and the lobby balcony the same.
Decor - gorgeous, really nicely done.
Views - Fantastic views because it's high up and on the coast so you get great views of either Puerto Rico or the sea or both.
Other comments: I wouldn't recommend it if you want a quiet holiday experience in the day (perfectly quiet at night for sleeping which I was worried about but wasn't an issue at all) but overall we'd definitely stay here again if we wanted to go to a place we already knew was good rather than trying somewhere new, and if they could keep the pop stations topped up with gas and syrups and maybe turn down the volume a bit on the day time animation so it reaches across the main pool but not to all the others so much then we'd think of it as the full five stars.
We decided to rebook this hotel after we celebrated my 40th birthday back in June 2024. What a mistake that was…… Firstly my sister is coeliac we was told originally they couldn’t make gluten free pancakes but it was possible 18 months prior, we informed reception and was told it will be sorted which it was after the manager spoke to them as there restaurant manager was on holiday , but the labeling for allergens wasnt displayed on all food which made it harder and when we asked a chef he didn’t know. Would also like to say Mohammed from reception clearly needs some training on customer services , he was very rude , rolling his eyes and then talking in Spanish to other members of staff about us and also raising his voice at us. he stated the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t get us a late check out , but we was informed from the manager the day before we would be able to get a late check out as the hotel wasn’t full to capacity.i would like to say this hotel has gone down hill ! We wouldn’t rebook and won’t be recommending to anyone which is a really shame as we had an amazing time in 2024
I had an amazing Spa experience here - Maria the Spa manager adjusted my treatment to better suit my disability. Jennifer performed my treatments - she was kind, patient, thorough and knew exactly what she was doing. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Thank you all - what a special experience!
We just came back from a 10 day stay. We came as a couple aged 22 and had the Classic Junior Suite with Balcony/Terrace and Sea View with the all inclusive package.
We arrived roughly 1pm, we were not offered a drink and the staff were not very welcoming. We got told check in was after 3pm which we were aware of.
I would strongly advice to research where your room is going to be in advice.
When getting the keys to our room, the man at the desk showed us a map of the hotel and told us how to get to our room. This hotel is HUGE and we were down in block 3 which the very bottom of the hotel. This took us around 45 mins to find our room, had to take 3/4 lifts and walk down stairs (with 2 very heavy suitcases).
The walk back and forth to the pools/reception/the restraints was far, so many steps and the lifts were so unreliable. We got stuck in a lift and majority of the time the doors would open and shut and an alarm would go off. This was not really an issue for us as we are fit and healthy, however if somebody had children or mobility issues I can see this as being a huge problem.
The pool situation, they are all heated expect the main big kids pool. Yes a heated pool is ideal but when it is 40°, it doesn’t seem like a relief. We mainly stayed at the kids pool because it was the only pool that was COLD. The pools were busy however we never struggled to get a sun bed.
There is a lovely adults only area but very small area. This pool and the infinity pool is stinking dirty. Has a slimy greasy feeling and heated also.
Our room was lovely and very spacious. We had a stunning view. However, very minimal cleaning done. Our shower wasn’t cleaned once, our sheets were not changed and the floors/balcony was not swept either.
Our room was EXTREMELY far away from everything and we had very loud neighbours for the first week. We decided to approach reception and they offered us a room but this was a standard room (which we did not pay for) with a view of a run down building. They advised this was the only option to change. We decided to stick to our room.
The food is nice, fresh and does vary every night. Deserts were 10/10. The snack bar is okay and there are drink stations throughout the hotel. We do not drink alcohol so this wasn’t an issue for us but there is only one bar which was always really busy.
Staff were okay, nothing special. Very little English.
We knew there wasn’t much todo walking distance but the taxi service was great and also very cheap. Morgan Mall and the Comercial centre cost around €7 which is really good. There is also a bus service everyday which takes you to the beach.
The entertainment throughout the day was lovely for children and also adults. Not to much and located in one of the children’s pools.
Toilets were again okay, hit and miss with cleanness around the main area but the adults only area toilets were clean.
Overall I would say this hotel is a 3 star. Great for kids but definitely room for improvement.
