Marina Suites Puerto Rico

We had a fantastic holiday this year. The things that we loved. 1- the pool, the best we've ever experienced. Also great to see a member of staff ensuring noone could reserve the sun beds for more than 45mins so it meant everyone has access to one, rather than towels on but noone there. 2- the staff were all so kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they all genuinely seemed to be happy you were staying with them at the hotel. They went the extra mile to ensure we were happy which we were all week. 3- kids club, my twin 9 year olds loved it. Calm, fun relaxing activities for them to enjoy and they felt very welcome everyday and wanted to go. 4- amazing breakfast! 5- rooms were so well cleaned and they are much bigger than we expected. 6- beautiful views everywhere. We would definitely come again. 😍

This was our third time staying in the Hotel and one or two things left us feeling a bit disappointed. First of all the Hotel is amazing and the Staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and ideal for families and they have plenty of storage space. However big issue is the availability of sun beds after 9am. Guests queuing up at 8am to place their towels on beds and all the beds gone by 8.30. You’re supposed to be on holiday, you don’t want to set an alarm for early in the morning so you can get a sun bed. So anyone up later than 9 had no chance which means you couldn’t lie by the pool, absolutely ridiculous considering the infinity pool is the selling point. Also the lifts were a complete joke, three lifts in the entire Hotel and one of them was out of order for our two week stay. At peak times we had to walk up four floors in the heat, some guests we were talking to walked up 8 flights of stairs as the lifts took forever. Don’t think we’d ever come back to this Hotel in peak season. You can see by the picture I included the amount of guests waiting for the two lifts that were working.
