We had a lovely relaxing time at Marina Bayview. We arrived late on Monday night so decided on check to do their sustainability initiative (don't have cleaning for 1 day and receive a 4€ voucher) for the following day. Made sense to do it then as we'd have only been in the room for a few hours. We also upgraded to have their breakfast, a great idea as that kept us full until we went out in the evening. A great selection of food which was self service (pretty much like you'd find at an all inc resort but much smaller). The room was quirky in that we entered through patio doors into the lounge/kitchen area, then stairs to go up to the bathroom and bedroom which is a great idea if you wake at different times. The pool area was quiet and relaxing with no issues on getting a sunbed pretty much any time of the day and able to change the complimentary beach towels daily. Bayview is located on the top of the hill and the only way up or down was by taxi or approx 175 steps. The resort has plenty of restaurants and bars and a big shopping/eating area about 15/20 mins walk. I would be more than happy to go back again but I would say due to the location and amount of steps within the complex I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. It was a wonderful holiday for the price I paid.
10/10, would definitely come back! Such a lovely hotel, and the people here couldn’t have been more accommodating even if they tried. Lovely views, everything was spotlessly clean, and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend! The group that works at the hotel bar were also so lovely!

My daughter and I visited 8-12th September 2026, and could not fault this hotel at all.
Beautiful apartment overlooking the marina. We were fortunate enough to have the jacuzzi, sun loungers and 4 poster sun beds outside our apartment. Very peaceful, which is what we wanted. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and sun lounger.
Beautiful compact apartment, ideal for two people. All very clean kitchen equipment (which we didn’t use), tv, sofa, dining table & chairs. Fridge with freezer box. Recycling bins in cupboard.
Upstairs the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Equally as comfortable as Premier Inn beds. Lovely thick mattress. Complimentary bath robes. Air conditioning easy to use and very welcome during the hot evenings. Bathroom clean, but shower head was a bit hit and miss, with water spurting out in various directions, but it served its purpose. Tv, storage for clothing and suitcase. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, so that’s handy if needed.
Lovely clean pathways leading to rooms and other parts of the hotel. Didn’t see any cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes. Beautiful cats roam the property and are well looked after. Advised not to feed as they are fed by hotel/council. The cats look very healthy.
Very friendly, helpful reception staff. Lovely reception area, (a place i could happily sit at and work).
Hotel restaurant serving nice freshly made food. Must be covered up and not in swimwear when dining. Plenty of seating and tables/parasols.
Pool area very quiet which is lovely! If you’re wanting background music pounding away and people trying to get you into the pool for aqua aerobics, this is NOT the place for you. It’s very tranquil and totally relaxing.
Towels to use on sun loungers are from the lifeguard, around 9.30am. We were able to find a sun lounger each day without any issues, even around lunch time.
No evening entertainment, but plenty of restaurants and bars locally.
Beaches nearby. Large shopping Mall. Taxi service.
Definitely will return to this hotel and recommend it 100%. My daughter had been here a couple of years ago and spoke so highly of it that she wanted to return, and invited me along.
Just back from the Marina Bay view after 17 night and such a fab place to visit....we stayed there last year for our honeymoon and returned this year for the sane amount of time , it surely is the best place to stay a huge thankyou to Carlos , Petra , Monica and Annabella for the great service they provided us over our stay aswell as the front of house staff including all the maids that looked after our suite , this place will always be my favourite place in Peurto Rico....See you all next year ...

Absolutely beautiful!!! The hotel views were amazing overlooking the Marina. No children running about screaming so for couples it’s heaven. It was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was perfect but if your not one for walking or have a disability this wouldn’t be the place for you do to the number of steps you have to walk down to the marina, yes you can get a taxi but that would start to become expensive if your doing it everyday and night. This place was perfect for us we celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary and had the best time. Would definitely recommend and return here again without a shadow of a doubt!!
