Situated in the tourist resort of Puerto Rico, this wonderful hotel is just 250 m from the marvellous beach and links to the public transport network. There are a host of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, cafés as well as a pulsing nightlife located in the surrounding area. The airport is about 30 minutes drive away. This hotel greets visitors with elegant décor, attentive service and welcoming atmosphere. Travellers may totally unwind in cosy and completely furnished rooms with convenient amenities. The swimming pool and paddling pool are waiting for great splashing moments. The youngest ones may let off steam at the playground while adults lounge with a refreshing drink at the poolside bar or soak up the sun of the sun terrace.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Lovely hotel ,staff so friendly and helpful ,rooms always cleaned ,towels changed and aircon well worth the price ,views of the beach from your room ,definitely would go back again
Excellent location, close to the beach & commercial centre, relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms & the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept on. Fantastic value for money. We will definitely be back.

We ad a great time the room was very nice the beds bit firm and sofa the same but couldn’t fault it,the apartment was cleaned every day all the cleaning people were lovely to chat to ,the pool area was great and the bar area lovely got what ask for all the staff were great lovely people laugh with em .the location was in excellent location not to many hill climbing near beach and 10 mins from main restaurants and bar overall the hotel was great everyone were lovely
Myself and my girlfriend arrived at the Maracaibo apartment/hotel on Friday the 18th of September, we were greeted excellently by Valentina who gave us a small tour of the place and presented up with our keys, after a few days we had a small misfortune of having some ants that were in the room and as I went to reception and said it, they immediately got the head cleaner down to have a look and they got rid of the problem but it did come back so we got upgraded to another room (paid for 5 days of it) and we got the other 2 days free which we both thought was brilliant. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and we will be back for sure. QUICK TIP instead of walking up and down the main hill the taxi drops you off at, try going down the road of the small gate (east facing) they give you the code of when you enter your room, it is a much easier walk than going up and down the hill.
