This comfortable complex is located about 200 metres from the sandy beach and the nearest links to the public transport network and 500 metres from the shopping area of Puerto Rico with its restaurants, bars and nightspots. Guests will find a number of attractions nearby including theme parks (5 km/20 km), the dunes of Maspalomas and the port of Mogan (both 20 km) and the park Mundo Aborigen (25 km). It lies 70 km from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and guests will find Playa de Amadores, Playa de Taurito, Playa de Mogán and Playa del Inglés all nearby. It is just 55 km from the airport.
The apartment complex is especially recommended for families and comprises a total of 181 accommodation units, a garden and a terrace. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a café and a newspaper stand. Fantastic holiday
Excellent, fully intend on going back , perfect for families , our 7 and 11 year old loved it . Entertainment in the day was fantastic, staff super friendly. Location was great , bit of a hill to walk up though . Rooms perfect we all slept well for the whole 10 nights . We were self catering so only ate round the pool bar which was very good, cant comment on the restaurant as we didnt use it. Value for money , 10/10 . And I loved that they removed towels when people went down early then went back to there room s . Very clean
Brilliant hotel
Brilliant hotel. Went as a family of 7 with 3 rooms booked. 2 partial sea view 1 pool. We had room 703 which had amazing views. We loved everything about the hotel, the rooms were great. Clean, comfortable and had some English TV channels which is handy when you want some time out of the sun to cool off. The hotel facilities were very good, staff all very helpful in all areas. In reception, the pool bar staff and cleaning staff all very friendly. The entertainment guy was also very good at his job. Also needed one of the lifeguards to help my son as he cut the bottom of his toes on the pool on one of the first days when playing in the shallow end of the pool with his pool ball (the only very slight negative would be that parts of the pool floor are very rough on your feet/tiles missing) but wearing pool shoes after this incident helped. Also have nothing but praise for the pool snack menu, every week tried was lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we're already thinking about booking up for my 40th next year for the same 2 weeks.
I have seen a few mention issues getting sun beds. Over the whole 2 weeks we had no issues getting at least 5 beds together no matter what time we went down.

Great location near shops bars and beach the staff were amazing entertainment for adults and kids was excellent lovely food unless your bed & breakfast you couldn’t order until 11.00 The rooms were clean and the house keepers were lovely. We have booked to come back in 2027 can’t wait ☀️

Location spot on close to beach and shopping centres, it’s a family hotel from all walks of life and countries so during the day it’s full of kids having fun and adults if you want a quiet holiday hotel this is not for you, however the high rooms are nice and quiet with double aspect doors onto large balcony with good views. Plenty of equipment and comfy beds. We always get free child place so it’s great value for money. Food good, happy hours twice a day. The maids do a fantastic job rooms cleaned very well. Plenty of activities round pool during day and odd night with a cabaret turn on, albeit a tad amateurish but good for kids. A great base for a wonderful resort.
