Lovely break away
Very nice hotel. Food was spot on ate at the al a carte each evening. Big shout out to GIAN our amazing brummy buddy who made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived, and who kept the restaurant on form. Could defiantly tell when he wasn't there!!!! Reception staff again awesome very helpful.. pool staff amazing apart from one muppet lifeguard who thank god was only there once. Confiscated inflatables and then slashed them destroying further use. Bedrooms cleaned daily with fresh towels staff again very polite. Supermarket just around corner for cheaper drinks and snacks. Beach was a little trek..Yes I would return ..many thanks 😊
Perfect relaxing holiday 🤩
The hotel was so lovely and clean, the staff were absolutely amazing from Gian,Sebastian,Salma,Luz and David Absolutely amazing staff so friendly made our holiday. The food was lovely I can not speak highly enough about this hotel and staff honestly amazing 🤩 I can not wait to go back and taste Gian’s version of tequila rose 🤩 All staff, chef, cleaners, receptionist staff were honestly so friendly, the pool was absolutely perfect 👌🏻 I didn’t want to come home loved it that much ♥️ Even getting burnt on a place which was uncomfortable to sit on 🤦♀️😂 Thank you all for an awesome holiday can’t wait to come back 🥰♥️
great hotel
lovely hotel, staff very friendly and attentive, been here since Tuesday and am very impressed, yes its near the LGBTxxxx quarter but there is much more to explore, go to Maspalomas and Meloneras. hotel is clean, comfortable, breakfast is varied and staff cook eggs however you want. Luz is a beautiful soul makes the stay welcoming and perfect. the hotel next door has loud music, but thats a bonus. would i come back? absolutely
Excellent all rounder
Just back from 5 nights at HL rondo, rooms great, spacious, food excellent at Rondo you can also eat at sister hotel across the road and use there facilities. Staff all absolutely brilliant from maids, waiters and reception. Shout out to the waiter chap originally from Birmingham ( sorry forgot your name) who was specifically excellent. Highly recommend, also have bus pick up / drop off to beach and maspolomas

An Exceptional Stay and a Special Thank You to Rodrigo
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say that one of the biggest highlights was the breakfast egg station especially the wonderful chef, Rodrigo.
Rodrigo is absolutely brilliant. He makes the most delicious eggs, but what really makes him stand out is the love, care, and attention he puts into what he does. He is incredibly engaging, warm, and charming, and the way he interacts with guests is truly special. He makes everyone feel welcome and brings such a positive energy to the breakfast experience.
What impressed me most was that Rodrigo remembered exactly how I like my eggs, six egg whites and two yolks! Every morning, he made them with the same care and attention. That personal touch really made a difference and made my mornings something to look forward to.
He genuinely stands out from the rest of the staff, not because the others aren't lovely, they are, but because Rodrigo has that extra special quality that makes a guest feel remembered and cared for.
A big thank you, Rodrigo, for making my stay even more enjoyable. You are a credit to the hotel.
