We stayed for 10 days in this beautiful hotel and there were only two points that let it down. 1) there’s a rule that states gentlemen should wear long trousers for the evening restaurant service but this is not enforced. 2) there’s a rule that sunbeds cannot be reserved, this is also not enforced and some people were reserving sunbeds while it was still dark!
The choice and quality of the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning of the rooms and hotel was excellent. The evening entertainment was varied and very good. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and on the day the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of Cava and a flower arrangement for our room. The location of the hotel is great overlooking the sand dunes, there’s a marked path through the dunes to the beach. It’s a 20 minute walk and is quite hard work in places but the beach is great when you get there. If we go to this island again we will definitely stay in this hotel.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The quality and variety of the food was amazing and everywhere was kept really clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the entertainment in the evening was brilliant. The only negatives were failing to enforce their own dress code and to prevent people from putting towels on sunbeds when it was still dark!
Had an amazing stay Had a wonderful warm welcome at reception. Was given a wonderful spacious room Every thing was well designed. The food was wonderful. Pool area was good especially the small pool where it was a little quiet. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again.
Loved peaceful setting, given bot cava on arrival as Riu Gold members & another on her birthday , food excellent especially El Oasis & Krystal retaurants , absolute quality ,will definetly return
