2nd year returning to this amazing place, staff can't do enough for you. Start to finish a great stay. Place is clean, staff always greet you with a smile and a helpful hand food is amazing at the bar for lunch. I would definitely recommend

Been to Gran Canaria many times, but my first time at Neptuno. Lovely hotel! Location is perfect, out the back gate and you are in the Yumbo. Considering its scenteal location, noise was never a problem. Staff here are wonderful. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the restaurant is great. Food is nice with a good amount of choice. I like that breakfast runs for a longer window too, so if you’ve had a late night you do not have to be up early. Room is a good size and air con is powerful. I love it here so much I am returning to the Neptuno this month. Great value for such a nice hotel!
Stayed at this Hotel in a preferred Room for 10 nights in July 26. The Hotel is peaceful, well run and the maids are excellent. All in all its a good hotel. Building wise, its very much steps from the road into the Reception, so don't drag your bags to far, leave them by the lifts. The rooms are what I'd call 'tired' and in need of a re-dec in my view. They have everything your need though. They are not however the biggest hotel rooms and I've been in bigger and better 4 star hotels than this. If your looking to be amongst the action, then this is ideal too. For the money, I probably wouldn't pick this hotel again, however the staff are great and do their jobs well. The Reception Team are very good, and the Hotel Restaurant Manager is very funny and such a nice chap. We asked him where the Red Melon and Pears were one night, next night lots of them for us..... great guy.
We have been visiting this wonderful hotel for over 30 years. Unfortunately on this occasion our visit has been marred by a jobsworth pool attendant. On our first full day, at 8.30 nearly all the beds were covered in towels. We put ours out at 10.00, before breakfast, near the pool attendants station. There was nowhere else. When we returned there was a notice advising us that our towels would be removed in half an hour! I apologised & pointed out the hypocrisy here. Added to the fact that, afterwards the pool attendant spent most of their time talking to a fellow Spaniad!! The next day, the same again! Nowhere else to go except near the pool attendants station. Thus we were easy pickings to say they had done their job!! So, I made a complaint about this to reception. I do hope the Director of the Neptuno has been made aware of this, because it has ruined our holiday. In fact, we did not sunbathe at all today. Yes, we're still here. The four stars are for the otherwise wonderful staff who still remember us. Yours John PS - will we come back, 😒
