The hotel is in a good location close to the promenade and with shops close by. It is kept clean throughout and the food is of a good standard. The rose' wine on the All Inclusive was very drinkable. We found staff polite and approachable. It's set in a very small area and this became a major gripe as smokers were allowed to smoke virtually anywhere. They can smoke in front of the stage, and by the pool any side. They can smoke seemingly anywhere on the rooftop terrace. They even smoke in the rear area of the central area when the restaurant shuts and is supposed to be non smoking. There has to be compromise here and the rights of non smokers listened to. My solution would be to make the area Infront of the stage and to the rear totally non smoking and smokers to use the swimming pool area tables in the evening. Also thinking n the rooftop terrace to be given a clearly designated smoking area. I would like the hotel management to acknowledge the issues and give my thoughts consideration please, as it's a lovely hotel that could be equally attractive to smokers and non smokers alike.

The hotel and room was clean and spotless with daily housekeeping if you wished. The food was average and nothing spectacular. We did not find the staff to be that friendly or helpful but to be fair they were very busy. The hotel lacked that upbeat holiday vibe, there was no atmosphere.
