Lovely holiday, shame about the atmosphere at the end
We’ve been here for a week and go home tomorrow, and overall we’ve had a lovely family holiday. The hotel itself has been absolutely fine and we’ve had no real issues.
Unfortunately, the last couple of days have been really uncomfortable due to the behaviour of another family. They have spent a lot of time complaining, arguing with a number of lifeguards and even a hotel manager, as well as walking around speaking to other guests about their complaints. We’ve spoken to other families who have also felt dragged into the situation, and it has created a really negative and uncomfortable atmosphere around the pool.
From what we have personally seen, the lifeguards are simply doing their jobs and enforcing the pool rules to keep everyone, particularly the children, safe. One lady was recording on her phone and using a float she had been told wasn’t allowed. My son actually got his foot caught in the netting on their float, and there seemed to be very little concern about that.
It’s a real shame because we’ve otherwise enjoyed our holiday. What has been most disappointing is seeing this behaviour continue despite repeated arguments with staff and management. It feels as though they have been left to carry on doing what they want, while other guests are the ones being made to feel uncomfortable.
Staff shouldn’t have to repeatedly argue with guests simply for doing their jobs, and other families shouldn’t be dragged into someone else’s drama. It’s put a real dampener on our final couple of days, which is such a shame after an otherwise enjoyable family holiday.

Absolutely flawless. Zero room to complain about anything at all. Staff are wonderful and help you with anything you ask, facilities are brilliant and atmosphere provided an excellent welcome uppn arrival. 5 stars well done

Great hotel
Lovely hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff were always on the go. Clean spacious rooms. There was always a good selection of food at each mealtime. Will be back

Not for the Faint-Hearted! 🤣
We stayed here for two weeks and, to put it mildly, this hotel is not for the faint-hearted!
The hotel was busy pretty much around the clock. Mealtimes in particular were chaotic — genuinely like feeding time at the zoo! If you’re a family who doesn’t mind a lot of noise and commotion because you’re probably too busy making your own, then you’ll probably be perfectly happy here! If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, however, you may want to reconsider.
The food was okay. We stayed all-inclusive, and there was a reasonable choice, but after two weeks it became quite repetitive. In fact, by the last four evenings we’d had enough and ended up eating at a local restaurant instead. So while we certainly didn’t go hungry, the food wasn’t something we’d particularly rave about.
Our room itself was comfortable and was kept relatively clean, although there were a few things that really let the hotel down. The bath towels were absolutely threadbare and definitely need replacing. We also had a persistent, strong sewage smell wafting up from the drains, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. The duvet cover had a rip in it too.
The hotel generally looks very tired and could really do with some TLC and a lick of paint, particularly the hallways, which looked rather grotty. There was also a biscuit trodden into the hallway carpet outside our room which remained there for about a week before anyone finally hoovered it up!
The staff, however, were lovely. They were clearly working extremely hard and constantly kept on their toes by the sheer volume of people coming through the hotel, so no complaints there.
And then there’s the sunbed situation. Forget having a lie-in! Only the early risers need apply if you want a sun lounger. People were coming down early, putting towels on the loungers to claim them, and then heading back to their rooms to get ready before going for breakfast. So unless you’re prepared to join the dawn patrol, you may find yourself searching for somewhere to sit!
Overall, I honestly wouldn’t rate this as a four-star hotel. Three stars at best, in my opinion. We’ve been booking four-star hotels for many years and have never experienced anything quite like this one.
It’s not all bad — the staff were lovely and our room was comfortable — but the overall standard, cleanliness of the communal areas, maintenance issues and sheer level of noise and overcrowding really didn’t feel like a four-star experience.
If you’re looking for a lively, noisy, busy hotel with plenty of families and don’t mind a bit of chaos, you might absolutely love it.
If you’re looking for a relaxing four-star break…
Maybe pack your earplugs, your own towel and set an alarm for 6am. 🤣

Nice & Clean but….
The hotel is actually well located within 10 minutes walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The all inclusive restaurant within the hotel is good and Rocia (the restaurant staff) is very friendly. There are lots of food options however, limited main courses for vegetarians. You’ll get chips, margerita pizza and salads available everyday. The all inclusive drinks are limited and mainly on tap. Super strong and quite frankly cheap tasting. The hotel has entertainment throughout the day. Whilst this sounds great, the noise coming into your room throughout the day can be a bit much. People with small babies, please bear this in mind. I went with my mum and we found it too loud at times. The entertainment takes place outdoors in the main pool area. We were on the 8th floor and felt like it was happening outside our room. It’s a catch 22 because our view was great but the noise did get too much. Rooms are big and clean. Everything comes at a cost though. Pack a travel iron else you’ll be charged 20 euro deposit and 5 euros per day to hire an iron. You’ll have to pay for a good drink too unless you’re happy with tap wine. Not sure I’ll come to this hotel again but the area and beach area are lovely and clean.
