I can t spot anything bad about this hotel or service. They are vey friendly and ready to help. Food is excellent and not repetitive, as a drink i recommend carribean journeys cocktail. I know spanish people are friendly but they are extra friendly. Rooms are clean, big and every bungalow has its own space amd sunbeds. The hotel overhall feels very welcoming amd very green . The chef Diego , I forgot to ask his full name is the best
Great hotel
very clean & comfortable best hairdryer ever had on holiday for those with long hair. Food (grilled chick/chops a bit tough) but over all the food & selection was good. Pool was great for kids & plenty on in pool for kids/adults alike. I would rate this hotel 8.5 out of 10 my only down would be that bar & even soft drinks area finish at 11pm which we liked to play cards till late with no drinks & lighting very dim had to use phones for light which in the grand scale are pretty minor so overall get booking it’s a fab hotel 👌

Relaxing, fun and all you need in 1 place
A very clean, fresh, welcoming resort with lots to do for all the family. Food was very nice, good selection and always tasty. Near the beach, water park, markets and shopping centre. Would definitely go back on a family holiday.
Pro's and cons is all I can say.
Here is my honest review after our 10 nights at this complex.
PROS Check in - We had a late check in which fast fast and we were offered food at the restaurant which they had kept open due to the number of late arrivals. We were given directions to our bungalow but it was very dark so was quite difficult to find even though it was close by. Accomodation - We were in bungalow 189 and the location was amazing. We literally stepped outside our door onto the pool area. We had a superior 1 bed suite ( not sure why they call it superior cause they are just the basic ones) very spacious and clean with a pull out sofa bed for our 15 yeat old in living room. Beds were changed mon - sat and cleaners did a good job. Complex - the grouds itself are stunning and very clean and well kept. Very relaxing just walking around the grounds. Pool area - Pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds ( not your usuall chaotic morning dash) we only used the main pool but there is another kids pool too.
NOW FOR THE CONS 😔 Food - Food was so dissapointing compared to other places we have been too. Breakfast was kinda ok with even british baked beans , however it was the SAME choice every day with no variation. And from there it went downhill unfortunately. Everthing was just luke warm. Even the fresh batches they were bringing out. The food was sooo repetitive ( if you like stew you'll be ok.) They kinda tried to do themed nights but they were not good at all. Mexican night was shocking. If you dont like spice then all there was was chips and salad and stale bread. That evening i went hungry 😔 I think vegetarians would struggle to find food every night ( one lady was complainimng while she was there that she was a veggie and had bitten into what was labelled as a cheese toastie only to find there was ham in it) All inclusive - theres alot of confusion surrounding whats available on the different types of AI packages. Its really not clear at all and at the sports bar downstairs you could only get beer and soft drinks on the basic package. Animation - All I can say is ive had better. The didnt seem to be much engagement from them. At previous holidays they had done a club dance around the pool first thing in the morning but here they only did it 3 times whille we were there. They gave the impression that they couldnt really be arsed. However the evening entertainment was OK. All i'll say is ive had worse.
So thats it... would I go back again? NO as the food was a massive dissapoitment for us.
Out of this world stay!
Cannot begin to put into words how amazing our holiday was here. All staff from cleaners to entertainment staff and all in between were incredible. They were all so kind, caring and always so happy to help. Special mention to the entertainment team as they were phenomenal, taking care of all children and adults alike. Every show they put on and every class/group activity they did was just out of this world, you can totally see how much work they all put in, and this was not unnoticed. Thanks again :)
