We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, we were really impressed by the beautiful design and the relaxed, private feel of the whole place. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It had a small kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds pushed together, a sofa, table, wardrobe area and a large flat-screen TV, which even had Netflix. We chose a terrace room, and the terrace was essentially a lovely little private patio with a double sun lounger, umbrella, two lounge chairs and a small table, plus a metal high-backed chair. We absolutely loved sitting out there every evening. The outside light comes on at 9pm and switches off at midnight, which we actually thought was a nice touch. The pool areas are truly beautiful. There are two pools, one shallow and one deeper, and lots of different lounging areas dotted around them. This was one of our favourite things about the hotel because it felt much more private and peaceful than the usual rows of sun loungers around a pool. The pool bar is well stocked and the food was varied, fresh and tasty. We didn't eat in the main restaurant, choosing instead to have something at the bar earlier in the day, as it closes at 4pm, or occasionally buying simple food from the supermarket to prepare in our own kitchen when we couldn't be bothered walking to a local restaurant. A very special thank you has to go to Silvia on reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She arranged for us to move to a quieter area of the hotel and even left us a bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and genuinely made our holiday feel extra special. My friend was recovering from a vicious attack at home, and all she wanted from this holiday was to relax in the sunshine, have a quiet room and enjoy some privacy. Our room ticked every box, and the peace and tranquillity of the hotel were exactly what we needed. The location is also perfect, with a short walk to the beach, a supermarket right next door and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, great facilities, a fantastic location and, most importantly, wonderful staff. Silvia, in particular, deserves a huge thank you from us. We would definitely stay here again. ❤️

…had a few negatives on this occasion. Stayed here again with my partner September 2025 for a week. We chose to return after having such a nice and relaxing time the first time we stayed here in May 2023. This stay was still good but unfortunately there were some negatives before it returned to the great place it is.

First of all check in was great and they had our room ready as soon as possible and the glass of cava on arrival is a nice touch. Our junior suite was as great as last time with everything needed. I did feel this time we were not given the complimentary bottle water received daily on our previous visit only getting it on the first day which was a shame other than that we had great nights sleep in the lovely room with kitchenette an en suite an great air con.

We had the hotel breakfast once or twice which was great lots of choice and an omelette station and we enjoyed cocktails and food round the pool and live singer on the Sunday.

The negative we had was after the our day of arrival for a few days the peaceful tranquility of this hotel was impacted by rowdy guests who were being really loud, screaming, swearing and being allowed to leave item on sun loungers despite not using them for hours. The pool area wasn’t kept clean and the life guard didn’t do a thing. Pool towel were not kept on top of and when we asks the life guard she said didn’t care and just there’s none left. Luckily a lovely of the bar staff over heard us and directed us to reception where they had to dig out a couple of whilst clean quite old towels and they apologised. The dirty towels were just left to pile up and some morning items from the previous day were left lying about. We compare this to our previous stay where everything was pristine, the life guard was on the ball and kept everything clean and organised. No one was allowed to block sun loungers and towels were constantly replaced and everything was cleaned away of an evening and all clean and pristine for the next day there was even waiter service to the sun loungers. Thankfully for our last couple of days a manger returned and the life guard replaced and things returned and was back to normal with everything clean, sun beds and towels available although no waiter service. In general though the hotel was still great and we enjoyed it. We are returning this year and sure we will have another great stay.
